Hi White spots are due to multiple diseases. They range from idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis to vitiligo. From so much history, I gather its not a congenital problem instead an acquired one. Consultation is very integral in solving this problem.

I am 20 years old girl. I had sex with my boyfriend on the 7th day of my monthly cycle. But the condom broke somehow. I took an I pill within 4 hours of having it. But now on the 19th day of my monthly cycle I am experiencing some sort of vaginal bleeding or discharge. What could that be? Is that a pregnancy sign? If it is then what measures should I take?

MBBS, DNB (Obstetrics and Gynecology), MD - Obstetrtics & Gynaecology

this is not a sign of pregnancy.. i pill does cause irregular bleeding. You neednt have had the pill on the first place so early in the cycle... hwever it will settle on its own.

All said and done, just these simple precautions are not going to cut the line. It will always hold true that only when you are healthy inside will your hair be healthy too. Your hair is made up of proteins and is a alive at the roots. And like any other living it also requires nutrients to remain healthy and grow. There are a few things that you can add to your diet to ensure that you intake sufficient quantities of these nutrients. First and foremost will be proteins of course. They are the building blocks of the hair shaft after all. The next in the list will be vitamins. The vitamins that are essential for the hair are vitamin a, b complex, c, and e. Each of these perform a significant role. Vitamin b complex is most popularly known for its importance in the hair growth and hair fall control. Vitamin c prevents premature graying. Last but not the least, iron. Deficiency of iron can be a source of severe hair fall. Which why women suffering from anemia exhibit a great amount of hair fall.

My boyfriend sucked my breast after that my breast became larger. Please suggest me sme tips from which I can reduce my some breast size.

BHMS, DEMS
Homeopath, Pune
1.1boil 1 teaspoon of grated ginger in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. 2strain, add a little honey and sip it slowly. 3drink 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea daily. Till result appear. 2. Focus on low-impact cardio workouts since most women who have very large breasts simply cannot do high-impact exercises like jogging or running. Do low-impact cardio exercises on equipment like a stationary bike, treadmill or elliptical trainer for 45 minutes, at least 5 days a week. When exercising, always wear a well-fitted sports bra to prevent sagging breasts.

Color of hair js heredatory. If your parents grandparents or smone from your family have white hair in early age you can also get it. I myself also started white hair at the age of 23. There is nothing you can do for it except coloring them.

I have problem in my eye. And How can I become healthy so please tell me what should I do.

BHMS

I have problem in my eye. And How can I become healthy so please tell me what should I do.
Hello, Kindly elaborate the problem of your eye. Gaining weight is a slow process which requires patience and dedication! The food what and how you eat, makes the difference! For increasing your weight, concentrate on the below points ( if you don’t have any medical condition) which helps in gaining weight in a right way without harming your body. - Consume more healthy fats. Foods containing healthy fats are full of nutrients and also high in calories, making them a great option for weight gain. Foods containing plant fats should be your first option - this includes items such as nuts, seeds, peanut butter, avocados and olive oil. Foods containing healthy animals fats include lean meats and full fat dairy products - although if you have high cholesterol, you should probably stick to low-fat options. -Eat more protein. Good sources of protein include lean meat, fish and poultry, in addition to eggs, whole grains, dairy products and legumes. -Drink more calories. Try drinking a large glass of orange juice in the mornings (along with your normal breakfast). Drink a glass or two of full-cream milk throughout the day.Protein shakes will help you to gain muscle mass, particularly if you're working out. -Have 6 small and frequent meals in a day. -Gain muscle mass. It's a good idea to continue to exercise while you attempt to gain weight the healthy way. Strength training includes working with weights and performing exercises such as squats, deadlifts, bench presses, bicep curls, crunches, chin-ups and leg curls. Just keep in mind that the more you exercise, the more calories you will need to consume to replace those you lost while working out. This is where protein shakes and bars really come in handy. -Quit smoking. As it suppresses the appetite. -Stay healthy. The most important thing through the entire weight gain process is to stay healthy - eating a balanced diet and continuing to exercise throughout. -Take enough of rest and sleep for rejuvenation of the cells and tissues. -Think Positive which will help you in achieving your target of gaining weight. -Avoid taking unnecessary stress/ tension. Medication: Take Schwabe’s Alfaalfa Tonic and Five Phos., both thrice daily ½ an hour before meals for 1month.

You should use some lubricant or soap and try to pull foreskin back holding penis in one hand and pulling back with another. Do not apply force, over few days it will be pulled back gradually. Otherwise a small operation can help.

Dear sir I lost my hair . I use many sampu and hair cleaners. But no lost my hair please sugesen the sampu for my hair.

BHMS
Homeopath,
Dear sir I lost my hair . I use many sampu and hair cleaners. But no lost my hair please sugesen the sampu for my hair.
Dear lybrate user, hair growth occurs in cycles. Each cycle consists of a long growing phase (anagen), a short transitional phase (catagen) and a short resting phase (telogen). At the end of the resting phase, the hair falls out (exogen) and a new hair starts growing in the follicle beginning the cycle again. Normally, about 40 hairs reach the end of their resting phase each day and fall out. When more than 100 hairs fall out per day, clinical hair loss may occur. Hair loss have many causes such as:- 1) shrinkage of the hair follicles due to the influence of androgenic hormones. 2) under-nutrition of the hair due to fungal infection on the scalp. 3) effects of radio therapy or chemotherapy. 4) nutritional deficiencies. 5) autoimmune diseases. Modes of treatment for hairfall/alopecia includes surgical modes, oral medicine & local external application. The minimum duration of the course of oral medicines & external application is 6 months. You can start the following medications:- 1) take 5 drops of thuja 1000, once in a week. 2) take 5 drops of homoeopathic acid flour 200 every morning before brushing your teeth. 3) take 4 tablets from biochemic kali sulph 6x tablets, thrice daily. Just chew the tablets as those tablets are sweet in taste. 4) take homoeopathic mother tincture jaborandi q, 30 drops, twice daily, after meals, in a cup of water.
