But 7 months ago she fell down suddenly and after that she is unable to walk on her own, foot drop has happened in one leg, we arranged for physiotherapy for 3 months, after that she walks holding a walker but has severe pain, knees get swollen. She taken gabapin and neurobion. But nothing seems to improve her condition. Will she be able to walk on her own? What should we do now? Please help urgently. She is in great pain.

Yes she will be walking independently. Use physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises programme on regular basis. Quad and hams exercises use to reduce arthritis and improve mobility. Use strengthening and stretching exercise to improve strength and stability of muscles and joint. And with this use twin stem sachet, salakhi, aloevera, guggal/suth, and c3 calcium. Use this all in supervision of specialist. Your mother get improved asap.

I have been suffering from back pain since 3 years. I am not sure but probable cause of my back pain is weight lifted 3 years ago. After that while sitting / standing more than 2-3 hours (or) while doing some specific yoga poses (or) when I lean forward to do something then my back pain suddenly starts. What should I do for recovery?

You prefer physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises programme to reduce this prob. It's due to nerve compression in LS spine region. So use physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercises to improve. And start neuroforte caps with polytos caps and q10 nitro capsule. This problem cure easily if you going in proper way and under proper guidance. Use heat therapy to reduce pain.

I belongs to indore (mp) .my wife (50) has symptoms of fibromyalgia since 3 years. I want to know best treatment of it. Homeopathic/ayurvedic/alopathic, pl. Suggest best doctor in indore/mumbai/delhi etc. With address. At present taking homeopathic treatment with Rhus tox 200. Alopathic treatment does not suit, due to reaction of medicine like lack of appetite, no stomach clean and wants to sleep whole day.

There is no known cure of fibromyalgia but physiotherapy and ayurveda may help ease the symptoms of pain. It can also help reduce stiffness and fatigue. In addition to exercise, physical therapists use a wide range of resources -- from deep tissue massage to ice and heat packs for hydrotherapy. And with this use twin stem sachet, guggal/suth, rise onn syrup, salakhi, polytos, and alovera ayurvedic medicine. Both of all reduce pain and disease and improve mobility and daily activity of living. And you find better asap.

The pain you’re feeling just under the ribs along the abdomen is likely caused by muscle strain. Most of the time, abdominal strains occur within the rectus abdominis muscles, the pair of muscles that run along the anterior wall of your abdomen. If you feel pain under your ribs, Ice the affected area for 10 to 15 minutes, several times throughout the day. Icing draws blood away from the injury site, lessens inflammation and alleviates pain. You may also want to wrap the abdominals to further minimize inflammation. Contact a doctor or sports physician to take a look at the injury and determine the best plan for treatment.
