Hi doctor, My name is Raj and my age was 26. I am suffering from heavy anxiety from last 3 years. I am taking medication from last 2 years like etizolam and mirtazapine. My left brain was very tight and very dim whenever a small anxiety persists. My eyes also getting blur and difficult in focusing. Presently in recent tests I am diagnosed with vitamin d deficiency. Doctor please let me know whether vitamin d is the culprit for getting series of panic attacks every day.

Normally we can say yes, but I don't know the exact reason of your anxieties. Sun is the natural source of vitamin d and sun is the source of positivity too. If you have deficiency of vitamin d that means you exposer in sun is very less. With the medicines start to sit in sun light in morning for 10-20 min. Lesser clothes on body and cover your eyes. Of you can start to go for a walk in morning when sun rises. It will help you. If you want to take any other help you can contact us.

I am 23 year old male. I have suffered from following problem÷ 1>I went to neuro physician for some problem but he abused me highly addictive clonazepam for 6 months. Out of frustration I left his treatment. My life turned hell due to his treatment. 2>My elder cousin abused me mentally for 7 years straight but I kicked him off my life. 3>I wanted to get admissions in b tech but my parents did not allowed me to. 4>I faced backlog in my semester exams due to negligence of my patents. Hello lybrate-user, I don't know why you feel like this that everyone abused you in past and even your parents didn't help you ever. But still I want to stay you that make your self positive and be positive for every thing. Try to see the second part or I can say their perceptions towards you or situation. Or you can do one more thing to improve your life that make your self so strong that no body can heart you and be a strong and ideal personality that everyone will phrase you for your qualities. I’m having some issues with my mental health The thing is there is like a voice inside my head, thinking always about worst consequences, worst things I can not even imagine, and I can not even control this. I’m trying to forget it, trying not to pay attention to it but I’m just failing again & again. This type of thing has happened before but somehow I managed to overcome that, because it wasn't severe. But this time this is severe. I feel like hating myself for those worst things coming in my mind, but believe me I don't mean any of these. This problem is really bothering me, I can't enjoy my life, can't concentrate, can't spend time with family as those awful things coming into my mind. I’m really feeling helpless.

Dear lybrate-user, first you have to consult it with a psychologist or psychiatrist near from you because it will harm not only your mental health but physical health too. I don't mean to scare you but prevention is better than cure so consult with a specialist. If you want to consult with me you can call me or you can take an telephonic counseling. . Other then it start morning walk and yoga exercise. It will keep your mind relax and whenever you start feel that you are hearing that voice start deep breathing and during breathing give yourself positive affirmation that "i AM ABSOLUTELY FINE AND I HAVE A HEALTHY MIND" I CAN CONTROL MY IMAGINATIONS" I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL LIFE AND I AM ENJOYING IT FULLY. If you will regularly do these things you will feel good soon hopefully. Take care and be positive.

I'm going through a depression phase I guess. Last Sunday I had a terrible break up which has taken a toll on me. I feel guilty for leaving the girl with whom I was in relation with just because my parents won't accept her for marriage. Then there's this another girl who I like a lot perhaps love may be. I know it is difficult to face many situations but if you are enough strong you can face every situation with a smiling face. What you had done is all not your fault you didn't know its effects but there are really many hopes for you if you want to be healthy again. First you have to think that you are normal and healthy to live your sex life in future. It is just your imagination and nothing. Try to find out some work for you from home because your daughter is small or if you can go outside for work then find some good work for you it will keep you busy. I sometimes feel that I am travelling back in time. Sometimes when I am sad and I try to relax, all of a sudden I feel that for a second or two, I was in place I used to visit earlier, e.g. I was in my hostel room with few friends, or at a friends home, opening slippers before getting inside. These things make me nostalgic. anyway, anytime, I remember something, and then I become sad, thinking of what all I have lost. Does it happen with many people, do they feel that they have travelled back for a few seconds? I am currently not living with my husband since 1 year as he is living abroad, I miss him, living with my parents in my hometown, I have ample time to think about my past, and regret few things, which otherwise I had forgotten when I was with my husband. Am I disturbed internally? Do I need help, as I sometimes get very sad and then I feel that I am worthless and I am counting my life backwards. I feel only my husband understands me and only he can help me from getting distracted.

You don't mention here that what is the reason of your depression. Any way consult with a psychologist near from you because with some therapies you feel relaxed and get relieved from your depression. You can go for a walk in morning and join any yoga and meditation center which is committed for their work. It will gives you a peaceful mind and a healthy body you can keep your self calm by breathing exercise and give yourself positive affirmations during this exercise like (I AM ENJOYING MY LIFE, I AM A HAPPY PERSON, I AM FULLY RELAXED. Try this and if you any other help you can contact us for telephonic counseling. And for phone for some days say goodbye to your phone and keep it some where and think that you have no need of this phone and you don't want to keep it with you. You can live without this phone. Try this also.

All this started 3 years ago when I met the guy and he is a very good I still feel is a very good person but he's changed a lot. He didn't harm me physically or mentally for that matter I grew with him a lot as a woman and I really feel that way I don't know I still feel that we are meant to be and it is difficult to understand because it just ended very abruptly it just a very abruptly and that's why is it difficult for me to understand he changed very soon so that's why I am just feel my heart broken and I have the kind of person who keeps very limited people in her life that's why I have somebody it's very hard because I still can I go back home go out of my house I just don't want to see anybody from my school early visit my school because I don't like to remember everything that happened there this is how its past 3 years of my life and it's still not ok and I can't talk about it for a long time without crying is just something away with that so can I have this in my brain is going to be interested in me and I just feel very sad for myself that I know this is happening to me and I am just 21 years old which is very bad for those who is something like this and I actually have so its very please provide me the solution please help me I don't know what else to do. My aunt is sexually active with me. We are in secret relationship from 8 years. However once her daughter found us in questionable position I could convince her but from last year we have secret relationship and I want to leave aunty and continue with her daughter but she goes wild and even beat her daughter over this issue. Here you have not defined the reason of your mental stress. What kind of work pressure or what do you feel exactly. Try to do some breathing exercise with some positive affirmations. It gives you positivity and strength to live a good normal life and you can consult with a psychologist too. I a dependent upon modalert 200 mg to study for exam. Is it safe to take or is there a better alternative. I do not feel motivated to study without it. I am also suffering from generalised anxiety and mild depression and also taking bupropion 150 mg and censpram lite at night. My cognitive abilities go down over the years earlier I was intelligent and motivated to do things I scored 90 % in 12th standard but now I am struggling to do simple task.
