We do not recommend any supplements as it may cause harm to your body. You can increase your daily protein intake and do regular exercises to make a perfect body. Protein sources of diet are egg whites, milk, paneer, sprouts, dals, kala chana, soybean, chicken, fish, eat (once a 10 days). Have a balanced diet with less carbohydrates and less fat.

You need to increase your food intake. Eat every 2 -3 hours. Include milkshakes, sweets, custards, chocolates, dry fruits like kaju, kismis, badaam, etc. Have aloo / paneer Parathas in breakfats, 2-3 chapatis with a bowl of rice and dal, vegetables, salad and curd. If non-vegetarian, eat chicken, eggs, fish, meat (ocassionally).

Dear lybrate-user, don't take Nutrigain or any other products for wt. Gain. You have to increase your food intake. Eat atleast 5 - 6 times in a day - 3 main meals and 3 in-between meals. Include aloo parathas / paneer parathas in breakfast, lunch & dinner should be 2 -3 chapatis with rice, veg, dal, curd & some salad. Have milkshakes / sweets/ chocolates / ice-creams in between meals. Try this for a month and see if you gain some weight. If not much of change is seen, yiu can buy our wt. It is more important to deal with Chronic anxiety as it can have other serious health issues. Please get immediate medical help from a qualified doctor. Regarding losing weight, have a balanced and healthy diet. Yoga and meditation will help deal with chronic anxiety. Have a sound sleep of atleast 87 -8 hours daily.

Hi lybrate-user, 3 meals i.e. Breakfast, lunch & dinner are recommended for a normal healthy person. If someone feels hungry in between meals, then he can take fruits, sprouts salad, Marie / Nutrichoice biscuits, or handful of some roasted namkeens for munching. Avoid late & heavy dinners. Restrict intake of carbohydrates, fatty / oily or junk foods, sweets and sugar based products. Swimming is a very good exercise. Keep doing it regularly. Hello lybrate-user, You need to increase protein in your daily diet and not in the form of supplements or tablets available in the market. Some of the good sources of dietary protein are milk, paneer,cheese, dals, rajma, chole, chana, soybean, eggs, chicken, fish (if non-vegetarian). Have 3 main meals and 2-3 in between meals with healthy food options. Since you are just 18 yrs, your weight might be slightly less (it should be around 65 - 70 kg) but with good and healthy diet with protein foods, you should be able to achieve your ideal body weight.

Hi Raghu, You are not supposed to do exercise or play cricket atleast 2 hours after having your meal. It is not good for your digestion and metabolism. Have healthy meals and exercise after the food has got digested.

Creatine is not too safe and has side-effects if taken continuously for a long time. You can increase your muscle mass by increasing your protein intake. Take milk & milk products / eggs / chicken / fish / dal / chana/ chole / paneer . Have a balanced diet.

Hi lybrate-user, you can begin with eating 4-5 eggs in a week, during day-time - breakfast or evening around 5 - 6 pm. Also with egg, you need to increase your daily food intake, eat after every 2 -3 hours. Eat 2 toast with butter or cheese with egg in breakfast, or parathas. Have 2 -3 chapatis with rice, veg, dal, salad in lunch & dinner.

Few general tips to follow: 1. Avoid sweets and fatty foods. 2. Eat whole foods like whole grains, pulses, eggs, milk, fresh fruits & vegetables. 3. Have fruits & vegetables. 4. Take 5 -6 small meals at intervals of 2 -3 hours instead of 3 heavy meals. 5. Drink 10- 12 glasses of water daily. 6. Walk / exercise for atleast 30 -45 minutes. At 10 am, you can have a sprout-salad with cucumber and tomato, fruits like apple, pear, papaya, watermelon, guava or may be some roasted namkeens like bajra, jowar.

I am very under weight . Never feel energetic. Can't have oily food it makes me nauseous. I feel like vomiting. I guess I have some liver problem. Can I have triphala ? If yes please suggest a brand . There are too many in the market . And usage?
