About Ondero 5Mg Tablet

Ondero tablet is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor. It is used for the treatment of type 2 diabetes.This medication works by stimulating insulin secretion and decrease in sugar produced by your body. As alone it is not sufficient to control and curb diabetes.

It works by stimulating an increase in the insulin secretion and decrease in sugar produced by your body. If you have type 1 diabetes, have diabetic ketoacidosis (high levels of blood ketone) or if you are allergic to this medication or any ingredient in it then you should refrain from using it.

This medication comes in the form of 5mg tablets to be taken orally. You should take one tablet on a regular basis and should continue the dosage as long as prescribed by the doctor.

Doctor should also be consulted if you have a history of pancreatitis or angioedema, or if you are taking any medicines, supplements or herbal preparations.
