OCID L CAPSULE

This is a combination medication that has Levosulpiride and Esomeprazole as active ingredients. It falls under a class of drugs known as antipsychotic and proton pump inhibitors which are used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease.

  Use of this medication during pregnancy is not recommended unless absolutely necessary. It is advised to use this medicine only when the benefits outweigh the risks involved.

This is a proton pump inhibitor drug and binds to H+/K+-exchanging ATPase in gastric parietal cells, resulting in blockage of acid secretion.
