This medication functions by blocking the cyclooxygenases which actually produces pain signals in our body. Cyclooxygenases and Prostaglandin are the reasons for the occurrence of inflammation, swelling of joints and other acute pains.

This drug, if given in high dosage, can also be used in treating inflammation in the body. But it is not good to use the drug for a prolonged period due to its harmful side effects. It is always advisable to finish the passage within 15 days.

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding are advised to consult the doctor before consuming this drug as it could be harmful especially during the last trimester. Also, you are advised to avoid the consumption of alcohol. If Nise 100 MG Tab is taken with alcohol, you may experience symptoms, such as nausea, excessive weakness, joint pain, swelling, and fever.
