This medication is composed of Gabapentin, Methylcobalamin and primarily used to prevent seizures. It belongs to a class of drugs called anticonvulsants. Aside from seizures, the tablet is also used to cure hot flashes, restless legs syndrome (RLS) and postherpetic neuralgia.

The drug belongs to GABA analog. It works by binding to the calcium channels and increases the concentration of GABA and reduces the release of monoamine neurotransmitters, thus reduces the excitability of brain cells and helps to treat convulsions. The medicine also increases blood cell production by promoting nucleic acid synthesis in the bone marrow and by promoting maturation and division of erythrocytes.
