About Freego Granules

This is a combination medication which has Lactitol and Ispaghula as active ingredients. Lactitol is a synthetic disaccharide. It is similar to a lactulose-like glucose molecule which contains galactose and sorbitol. Freego is used for the treatment of constipation and hepatic encephalopathy.

Before using this medication inform your doctor if you have galactosemia, intestinal obstruction. If you are taking any prescription or non-prescription drugs, you are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding a baby. The dosage for this medication should be determined by your doctor based on your medical history, age, response to theory and current condition.
