About Enzomac Plus Tablet

Enzomac Plus Tablet is a pain-relieving as well as inflammation drug used for health conditions like osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, toothache, muscular pain, and pain in throat and ear.

This medicine is actually known as a combination medication containing enzyme and NSAID prescribed in clinical conditions to relieve pain and inflammation.It is actually a protein which helps in some biochemical reactions of the body.

This tablet breaks down the peptides taking recourse to hydrolysis reaction. The peptides are deconstructed into amino acid building blocks. The working nature is actually a catalytic mechanism. The site of activation comprises of three amino acids which are referred to as catalytic triad.

Enzomac Plus Tablet should be taken as prescribed by the doctor in the recommended dosage with a meal to avoid an upset stomach. In the case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, do not take Enzomac Plus Tablet without discussing it with a doctor.

    This medication is composed of Trypsin, Bromelain, Rutoside and Diclofenac. Trypsin breaks down the peptides taking recourse to hydrolysis reaction. The site of activation is comprises three amino acids which is referred to as catalytic triad. Bromelain is a protease enzyme derived from the stems of pineapples. It selectively inhibits proinflammatory prostaglandin biosynthesis, is an analgesic, and displays anticancer and pro-apoptotic properties. Diclofenac inhibits an enzyme named Cyclooxygenase which is responsible for the formation of prostaglandin.
