About Elaxim 40Mg Injection

This injection is a thrombolytic medication used to prevent a heart attack by dissolving blood clots. It is derived from an enzyme and is a tissue plasminogen activator. The medicine is administered through intravenous injection only by the doctor. The dosage is determined according to your body weight, health condition, and severity of the disease. Take due advice if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy any time soon or breastfeeding. You must also make the doctor aware of any allergies that you have of any drug, food or substance.

There may be some serious side effects, one of which is bleeding. Severe bleeding may even cause death. Therefore emergency medical attention must be sought immediately.
