About Dicloter Pc 250 Mg/50 Mg/500 Mg Tablet

Dicloter Pc 250 Mg/50 Mg/500 Mg Tablet is used for symptomatic treatment of muscle spasm and pain associated with acute musculoskeletal conditions. Take exactly as directed, with food. Do not increase dose or discontinue without consulting prescriber.

Dicloter Pc 250 Mg/50 Mg/500 Mg Tablet act as a muscle relaxer. It works by blocking pain sensations or nerve impulses that are sent to the brain. Dicloter Pc 250 Mg/50 Mg/500 Mg Tablet when used together with rest and physical therapy can treat skeletal muscle conditions such as injury or pain.

Avoid using this medicine if you are allergic to it or if you are taking sodium oxybate. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or are breast-feeding or if you have have liver problems or a blood disease called porphyria.

Stop using this medicine and consult your doctor if you experience any serious side effects including black, bloody, or tarry stools, nausea, itching, fainting, upper stomach pain, dark urine, loss of appetite and clay-coloured stools.

Dicloter Pc 250 Mg/50 Mg/500 Mg Tablet is to be taken by mouth with or without food. Taking it with food reduces the risk of stomach upset. Do not take in this medicine in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended. Follow your doctor’s prescription carefully to ensure complete safety.

Do not use alcohol, prescriptive or OTC antidepressants, sedatives, or pain medications without consulting prescriber. May turn urine orange or red (normal). Report excessive drowsiness or mental agitation; palpitations, rapid heartbeat, or chest pain; skin rash or swelling of mouth or face; persistent diarrhoea or constipation; or unusual weakness or bleeding.

Symptoms of overdose include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, drowsiness, dizziness, headache, absent tendon reflexes, hypotension. Treatment is supportive following attempts to enhance drug elimination. Hypotension should be treated with I.V. fluids and/or Trendelenburg positioning.

Dialysis and hemoperfusion and osmotic diuresis have all been useful in reducing serum drug concentrations; the patient should be observed for possible relapses due to incomplete gastric emptying.
