Cosome A Syrup

This medication is composed of Ambroxol, Guaifenesin and Terbutaline. It is a systemically active mucolytic agent which works by breaking down the structure of mucus in the lungs and therefore facilitating expectoration.

You should not take this medicine if you are allergic to it. Take extra precaution while using this medicine if you have a liver disorder, kidney failure, or stomach ulcers. Follow your doctor’s prescription regarding dosage and try not to miss any dose.
