About Closone Ointment

This ointment is a very strong corticosteroid having a very high potency. It reduces the actions of chemicals that cause inflammation in the body. It is used to treat inflammation, redness, and itching caused by several skin conditions such as eczema, allergic reactions, dermatitis, rashes, and psoriasis.

This ointment is not recommended to patients with known allergy to this. It should not be given to anyone younger than 12 years old. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, plan to become pregnant or are breastfeeding while using this medicine.
