About Clistar Rt Tablet

Clistar Rt Tablet is employed as an adjunct treatment of peptic ulcer; treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Patients must not abruptly discontinue this medication after prolonged use; taper dose gradually.

Clistar Rt Tablet is a medication that reduces the secretions of certain acids in the body and helps to control conditions such as peptic ulcers that involve excessive stomach acid production.

You should take this medicine exactly as directed by your doctor or healthcare provider. It’s advised to take each dose with a full glass of water. This medication is recommended to be taken three or four times a day with food and at bedtime. You should store the medicine at room temperature and away from moisture and heat.

Symptoms of this medication overdose include headache, vomiting, nausea, dry mouth, blurred vision, difficulty swallowing, dilated pupils, hot, dry skin, seizures, dizziness, drowsiness, weak pulse, confusion, anxiety, and an irregular heartbeat. An allergic reaction might result in difficulty in breathing, swelling of your lips, tongue, or face, or hives.

Take as directed before meals; do not increase dose and do not discontinue without consulting prescriber first. Avoid alcohol and other CNS depressant medications (antihistamines, sleeping aids, antidepressants) unless approved by prescriber. Void before taking medication.

This drug may impair mental alertness (use caution when driving or engaging in tasks that require alertness until response to drug is known).

Report excessive and persistent anticholinergic effects (blurred vision, headache, flushing, tachycardia, nervousness, constipation, dizziness, insomnia, mental confusion or excitement, dry mouth, altered taste perception, dysphagia, palpitations, bradycardia, urinary hesitancy or retention, impotence, decreased sweating), or change in color of urine or stools.
