About Calaptin 120mg SR Tablet

This tablet, a class-IV antiarrhythmic is used for treating patients with high blood pressure, supraventricular tachycardia, chest pain due to insufficient blood flow to the heart. It may also be used for cluster headaches or migraines. It works by relaxation of blood vessels for easier blood flow.

The drug should be taken as per doctor’s advice. It should be avoided if the person is allergic to any of its ingredients. It may cause dizziness and hence driving vehicles or heavy machinery that requires extreme alertness should be done safely.
