Telmasartan is the recommended 1st line drug. Prolomet can be added if bp not controlled with temikind.

Please donât overthink. your complaint seem to be anxiety related. your bp is also shooting up because of that. Do exercises and pranayama.

How high is her bp. For very high bp we do recommend taking multiple combination drugs than a single drug.
