Hlo, kavita puri here I am 23 years old and I am having a kidney stone. Plzz suggest me what to eat in daily routine.
The dietary advice depends on what type of stone you. If you pass stone in urine please collect it for analysis. We can do basic blood tests and specific urine analysis to get an idea of faulty metabolic reason of stone formation to decide on further dietary advice. There are contradictory dietary advice for different stones. Ex. If you have calcium stone then we restrict calcium containing food, but if you have oxalate stone then we keep normal calcium diet. Take plenty of fluids not more than 4 litre, low salt. Avoid large animal protein.

If creatinine is 7.5 and doctor is suggesting dialysis should we go for dialysis? I have heard if you start dialysis once it will be difficult to stop and each time you have to go for dialysis if creatinine increases to 7. Ankle is swollen and some times vomit happen. I am scared of dialysis. How can you reduce creatinine.
Renal failure is two types. Acute: recently, due to some reversible cause creatinine is increased. Chronic: over months to years creatinine is increased and irreversible. In first case (Acute renal failure) kidney damage is temporary and may require few dialysis only. In others case (chronic renal failure): kidney damage is permanent. Regular permanent Dialysis or kidney transplant is the answer. As you have symptoms you need to start dialysis as early as possible and then continuation depends on type of renal failure you have. Your fear is common and We do see many patients and take alternative medicines. They come back to us with much more serious condition and poor outcome. Choice is yours!
