Hello lybrate-user, there is no need to be sad, everyone has health problems. If you have cold and breathing problem, get a test for sinusitis. It is a common problem. Your dark circles are caused due to sleep disturbance and sleep disturbance due to nose problem. Get a proper test from an ent, and all your problems will be solved. For the time being, -always keep vicks inhaler with you, even while sleeping, for breathing problem. -get a sound sleep, and apply an under eye cream before bed time. -try not to get air from the air conditioner directly on you and keep a handerchief to cover your nose in dust. Do not neglect your problem, see a doctor (ent specialist) soon.

How to get rid of rash on my face and also pimples. Please solve my problem thank you!
* Don't scratch or pinch your pimples. This will cause more damage---causes scars, pores and black spots. * Avoid fried and oily foods. * Prefer fruits and green vegetables. * When you apply any cream, sun screen and the like, clean your face at the earliest, so that there will be no adverse action of the chemicals on the delicate skin of face. HOMOEOPATHIC medicines are taken internally. Hence, NO DIRECT CONTACT with your delicate and sensitive skin, thereby no problem of skin allergy. Homoeopathy has good treatment for your problem without causing adverse effects. The medicines work internally, tackle the root cause of the problem unlike face cream which is a surface treatment. To start with, take Antim crd 200—once daily in the morning and give feedback after 5 days.

Hello, take Sulphur 30, 3 drops in the morning and Nux vom 200, 33 drops at night . Azadirachta 1x, 2 tabs twice daily. You Should drink 10 to 12 glasses of water daily ,take healthy nutritious diet. Follow the below home remedy to get soft hydrated skin:- The lactic acid present in milk cream helps exfoliate dry skin. The soothing nature of milk cream also helps preserve the skin’s delicate pH levels. Milk cream is also an excellent moisturizer. Mix a few drops of lemon juice, one teaspoon of milk and two teaspoons of milk cream. Rub it on *your hands and legs. Leave it on for a while before you take a shower. Do this once daily. Add enough milk cream to three to four tablespoons of gram flour to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face, hands and legs. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water. Do this once daily..

Dear miss lybrate-user, healthy and beautiful exterior of the the body (skin) can not be attained only by external application always. Most of the times internal treatment is also required and to be true if internal treatment is done well. Your skin will automatically become beautiful and spotless. You should take homeopathic medicine for best results. Take homeopathic medicine biocombination no. 20 4 tabs 2 times in a day, to be chewed aur dissolved in 1/2 cup of luke warm water, along with berberis aquifolium ointment to be applied externally at bed time after washing your face. Hope I was able to help your query.

Just massage 2 tablespoons lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. Then stir 1 teaspoon lemon juice into 1 cup water and rinse your hair with it. Repeat this daily until your dandruff disappears. Lemon's acidity helps balance the pH of your scalp, which helps keeps dandruff away and apply coconut oil and hair will grow . Do not use shampoo and leave oil there to dry up

Do let me know if you also have blackheads with pimples? and what current medications and remedies you already tried to treat acne? acne is a common problem in teen. Almost everybody will get pimples during their teen years. First, don't try to self treat acne. Some popular nonprescription acne lotions, cleansers and other skin products can cause a serious reaction (rare), mostly it is normal to have acne in teenage. For pimples it's important to wash your face twice daily to remove impurities, dead skin cells, and extra oil from your skin's surface, avoid touching your face or propping your cheek or chin on your hands. Not only can you spread bacteria, you can also irritate the already inflamed facial skin. Never pick or pop pimples with your fingers, as it can lead to infection and scarring. A dietary therapy with the right medications for pimples can also help a lot. Kojic acid (a natural skin lightener derived from mushroom extract), arbutin (also called bearberry extract), and vitamin c (ascorbic acid) are great alternative ingredients to lighten scars left by acne. Don't use vitamin e or any self prescribed preparations on scars or pimples. Increasing the intake of omega-3 fatty acids through a diet significantly rich in fish and seafood results in lower rates of an inflammatory disease like acne. A low-glycemic-index diet also reduces acne risk.

4 Top Ways You Get Vitiligo Treated

MBBS, MD - Dermatology, Diploma in Aesthetic Mesotherapy

4 Top Ways You Get Vitiligo Treated

Vitiligo is a disease that causes the loss of skin shading and colour in patches. The degree and rate of colour loss from vitiligo cannot be determined. It can influence any part of the skin on your body. It might also influence one’s hair, inside of the mouth and even the eyes.

Ordinarily, the shade of one’s hair, skin and eyes is measured by melanin. Vitiligo happens when the cells that create melanin quit working or die. Vitiligo influences individuals of all skin types; however, it might be more common in individuals with a darker skin. The condition is not contagious or life threatening.

Numerous medicines may be used to restore the skin shading or level out the skin tone. A few medicines might have some serious side effects on some people. So your specialist may propose that you first try to improve your skin by applying self-tanning products or make-up. Here are some of the top ways to treat vitiligo:

  1. Medicines

    • Creams that control aggravation: A topical corticosteroid may cause the skin to return to its natural shade (repigment), especially if you begin utilising it right at the start of the disease.

    • A type of vitamin D: Topical calcipotriene (Dovonex) is a cream that can be used with corticosteroids. Possible reactions include dry skin, rash and itching.

    • Medicines that influence the immune system: Treatments containing tacrolimus or pimecrolimus (calcineurin inhibitors) might be compelling for individuals with little ranges of depigmentation, particularly on the face and neck.

  2. Therapies

    • Light therapy: This uses a narrow band of UVB light. You may get treatment in a specialist’s office up to three times each week.

    • Laser treatment: This technique brings the shading back to the patches of light skin by treating them with an excimer laser, which utilises a particular wavelength of UVB light.

    • Depigmentation: A solution with monobenzone is connected to the unaffected zones of the skin. This progressively lightens the skin so that it blends with the affected areas.

  3. Surgery

    • Skin grafting: In this system, your specialist removes little segments of your ordinary, pigmented skin and joins them to regions that have lost colour.

    • Rankle grafting: In this system, your specialist makes blisters on your pigmented skin with suction. He or she then removes the highest points of the blisters and transplants them to a range of stained skin.

    • Micropigmentation: In this method, your specialist utilises an extraordinary surgical instrument to embed colour into your skin.

  4. Other treatments

    • Shield your skin from the sun and UV light. In case that you have vitiligo, especially in case you have light skin, use a wide range of waterproof sunscreen with an SPF of not less than 30.

    • Abstain from tattoos that are not associated with treating your vitiligo.

    • Make-up concealers may enhance the appearance of the skin and help you feel better about yourself, particularly if your vitiligo patches are on uncovered skin. If you wish to discuss about any specific problem, you can consult a doctor and ask a free question.

Hello lybrate-user, you need to apply berberis aqua q over those black spots for 3 times in a day for 2 weeks. Keep drinking more and more water. Eat papaya and citrus fruits for more glowing skin. If possible, try to have fresh fruit juices in morning. Do all these things. You will get good glowing skin within 4-5 days.

Actually, since last two weeks I have been noticing a little white patch on my skin which is lighted than my skin tone. I have also consulted a dermatologist but I am still worried about it. My doctor suggested me the candid cream and said there was nothing to worry about and it could be just a yeast infection on my skin or due to sunburn. Now my question is that, actually everyday I apply Multani matti on my face to keep my skin fresh. Can I apply the candid cream after using the face pack only on the affected areas? And also, using candid cream is right? Please provide me some quicker and fast effective tips to help with these patches. Please.

Hello lybrate-user I completely understand your concern. It's good that you are so aware about your skin. Firstly ,light patches can be due to many reasons. Fungal infection, vitiligo, eczema and many other causes. I need to see your photo in order to guide you correctly. You may start an online consult for that. Secondly there is no issue in applying Multani mitti as long as you are comfortable with it. You may apply candid cream after that. Use a good sunscreen with atleast 15 SPF to protect your skin. Take care :)

Hello doctor these days I hve a lot of hairfall. I do not kbow what to do please help me out.
1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home) 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yougurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. 4. Apply raw amla juice on hair thrice a week. 5. Rub your scalp with the juice of white onion. 6. Use a paste of bhringraj on hair. 7. You can use some good hair packs like - fenugreek and yogurt, egg and green tea. 8. You can rinse your hair with organic apple cider vinegar after washing your hair to maintain ph balance of your hair. 9. Hair health depends on the amount of protein in your diet. Foods like chicken, eggs, fish, nuts, dry fruits gives you the required nutrients to keep your skin and hair healthy. So consume plenty of them. Eat things rich in vitamin c like amla and oranges. 10. Drink lots of water to flush out toxins from the body.
