Firdt correct his digestion problem do following you have to improve your food habits do 1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning 2. Take more water in day 3. Take meals at fixed hrs 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day. 5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad 7. Avoid constipation do for 7 days you will feel better good luck.

Hello, These are some home made tips to get shiny and strong long hair. *Massage the scalp for 10 to 15 minutes after bathing with water. This stimulates the blood circulation and strengthens the hair follicles in the scalp. *Massage the scalp and hair with coconut milk or Aloe Vera gel. Leave it for ½ hour, and then rinse with warm water. Repeat 3 times a week. *Massage into the scalp and hair honey with egg yolk. Leave for a 1/2 hour, then rinse. *Massage almond oil on scalp 2-3 times a day, daily. This will stop further hair loss. *Rinse hair with a mix of apple cider vinegar and sage tea to help hair grow *Make a shampoo by mixing 100 g each of amla (Indian goose berry), reetha, and shikakai and boil in two liters of water until the liquid reduces to half. Use this shampoo for your hair for at least one month. Your hair will become thick.

Yes sir. Unless you crown the tooth it is too weak for standing forces of mastication. In fact it is too brittle that the tooth may even break. So please chew food only after you cap or crown the tooth.

Nausea/ Vomiting sensitivity to light and/or sound I am giving some health tips for Migraine headache •1.You can turn off light for some time •2.Apply hot or cold compresses to your head or neck. •Ice packs have a numbing effect, which may dull the sensation of pain. •Hot packs and heating pads can relax tense muscles. •3.Warm showers or baths may have a similar effect. •4.You can take Tea or coffee( but not excess) 5.Sleep well Here are some tips to encourage sound sleep. Establish regular sleep hours. •Minimize distractions. •Your eating habits can influence your migraines. •Be consistent. Eat at about the same time every day. Don't skip meals. I need a satisfied answer I changed the college due to not fit for environment and adjustment problem at chennai for 11 months I applied for medical college at top most university at south as well as india due to mentally and physically torcher by students out there got ragged also I was alone no body to talk at all. All were tamilains and malyalams and I was a north east boy who they dominant they hate us I do not know why people of india think us so different we are to humans begins and indian to so due that stress my health problem start build up chest pain though im non smoker and drinker every day headache lots of negative senses were killing me so now decided to shift at kolkata but I do not why from inside some thing is itching why I my mind is saying you should stay there by the people of locality and friends they are telling me you should adjust there by this its killing me I changed coz my health was not so good and mentally was not fit there please I want to know thay did I do right choice changing the college form chennai to kolkata im shifting now for the same field at medical course please tell me give me guidance every time I think about that college and fell guilty about if I adjust there the things could be different in other way I think about my health for medical student what is good for please guide did I did right or wrong.

"I Don't eat after 6.30-7 pm in the evening"----- AKSHAY KUMAR
The important thing is, control your diet and food. 6.30-7pm should be your last meal of the day. I am a Punjabi and love sweets, but after my evening meal, I don't touch sweets. Your body gets used to it. It's also written in our shastras that we should not be eating at night. And there is a scientific reason for it. We need 3-4 hours to digest what we eat. So if we eat late at night, all your body parts go to sleep, except for your stomach, that needs to keep working to digest the food that you have eaten. As a result, while your body gets rest, your poor stomach does not get as much rest as when you get up, you again need to eat. And we all know that all our problems start from our stomach. You need to ideally eat by 7pm, so that you have given the body four hours to digest so that the stomach gets complete time to rest along with the body when you sleep. Even if you can't exercise, walk everyday and eat by 7pm and see how it will change your life. If you feel hungry after 7pm, eat an egg white scrambled or omelette or carrot or soup as that is easier to digest. If I have to go out for dinner, I eat only proteins, no carbs. It may sound stupid, but being a Punjabi, I have a sweet tooth so after I eat my food, I quickly go and brush. One, it is a good habit but more importantly, that little bit of sweet toothpaste gives me that little satisfaction of feeling that I have had a sweet at night.

My baby girl is only 2 months old and she is suffering from cold and do not want to feed as she habituated. Her nostril is blocked and she is taking breath from her mouth. I gave her nasoclear nasal drop but it is a temporary solution and a sound is coming from her chest. What is the solution and how would I give her relief from this situation? Don't feed with bottle, use spoon to feed. Breast feeding is best up to 6 months of age. Start breast feed. Saline Nasal drop is safe n may be used repeatedly. Since you r feeling chest sound, pls consult pediatrician.
