Hello, eating only perfect lunch and dinner will not help you. For healthy weight gain you need to make some changes in your daily diet routine and need to modify some lifestyle habits. Instructions are as follows: 1) eat more than three meals a day. Three main meals and three side meals. 2) don't wait until your stomach starts to growl to eat. 3) eat plenty of calories at every meal. You can add peanut butter, nuts, cheese in your side meals. 4) you can have banana or milkshakes in between your meals to maintain the calorie need. 5) avoid eating lots of junk food. It can wreck your metabolism. 6) drink plenty of water. Keep your body hydrated. 7) have sound sleep. 8) do not skip your meals. Hello lybrate-user, here are some tips for weight loss: 1) eat a high protein breakfast. It will reduce cravings throughout the day. 2) avoid sugary drinks and fruit juices and alcohol. 3) drink water half an hour before meals. 4) eat soluble fiber. 5) choose foods wisely. 6) avoid eating processed food. Eat whole foods. 7) eat your food slowly. Do not eat in front of tv or computer or laptop. 8) have small and frequent meals throughout the day. 9) keep a check on calorie intake. 10) avoid junk and fried foods. 11) eat fruits and vegetables and salads 12) keep your body hydrated by drinking sufficient water. 12) have sound sleep. 13) while eating non veg preparation avoid coconut gravy for chicken. Hello, there is no shortcut for weight loss. Doing only exercise and not checking your diet may cause muscle loss. There are some other ways in a market for weight loss but that may give cause some deficiencies. Exercise and dieting both go hand in hand. In weight loss journey 70 percent depends on dieting and other thirty percent on workout. Why are you so scared of dieting. Dieting does not mean fasting or not eating. Infact to loose weight you will have to eat 5-6 meals in a day. Three main meals and three side meals. Plan your meals. Control your portions. You will definitely loose weight. If you want you can take help of dietitian to manage your calorie content.

Hello, according to your height your weight should be in between 55_60 kg. For weight gain you need to eat often. Add milkshakes or milk in daily routine. Eat plenty of calories at every meal. Drink water. Concentrate on proteins. For proteins you can add eggs, milk, lentils, soyabean and cheese in diet. Have whole foods. Have sound sleep.

Hello, here are some tips to increase your weight, but most important is your confidence. Your looks don't define you, your talent does, so cheer up and go with the confidence for your interviews: ok so let's talk about weight gain, healthy weight gain: eat more often. Frequent meals. Min 6 meals in a day. Increase your protein intake. Have nuts, eggs, soyabean, soya paneer, cheese, milk. Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and can affect your appetite. Eat plenty of calories at each meal. In between you meals you can have nuts or milkshakes. Like banana milkshake, chikku milk shake. Get quality sleep. Heavy stress can also affect your weight gain. Hello here are some tips that helps in reducing body heat * avoid eating hot and spicy foods, * keep your body hydrated, drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. * drink buttermilk. Drinking buttermilk in summer helps to control the temperature of your body. * drink coconut water * drink honey and milk. * eat fruits which has good water content like watermelon. * do not eat fried or junk foods.

Hello eating less or skipping meals also increases weight. When you eat very less your body starts storing extra fat to use the energy throughout the day. Hence you start on gaining extra fat which shows weight gain. Try to avoid big meals instead have small but frequent meals. Have balanced diet. Include each food from every food group. Because fats are also necessary for your body. Just keep a check on amount and which fats you are taking. Have more vegetable and fruit. It's not only diet. It's lifestyle changes too. You may hit a plateau after few months of exercise and diet. Plateu means your weight is stuck. No change in weight. Try to make some changes in your exercise routine. Try eating carbs last at every meal after your protein and fat to break the plateu.

Hello, it's good that you have started jogging. But as you have started just before few days back, it won't show instant results. And taking lime with warm water only and doing no diet won't help you. That warm water will help you to increase your metabolism. For healthy weight loss you need to concentrate on your diet also. You will have to maintain your diet and exercise routine. Maintain good eating habits. Have balanced meal, increase your fibre content, take proper rest.

Hello focus on diet and exercise. Eat more of the right kind of foods. Eat more good quality protein. Add low fat dairy to your diet. Cut down carb intake. Avoid sugary foods. Eat lot of veggies and fruits. Include high fibre foods in your diet. Don't starve yourself. Do not skip your meals. Have breakfast everyday. Keep an eye on portion size. Have small portions. Drink plenty of water.

Hello, eating eggs in summer does no harm. However, you should limit your consumption. If you will keep on eating lot of eggs in one day then it can be a problem. But otherwise egg is good source of protein and fat too. You can limit the number of eggs but do not give up completely as they are complete food. Thank tou.

Hello lybrate user eat the right amount of calories daily depends on your activity level, so that you balance the energy you take with the energy you use. Here are some tips for healthy weight loss: 1) don't skip your meals. Skipping meals never help you with weight loss. 2) have small and frequent meals throughout the day. 3) eat plenty of fruit and veg, say at least five portions of variety of fruits and vegetables. 4) get more active. Go for brisk walking or any other exercise. 5) drink plenty of water. 6) eat high fibre foods. 7) read food labels. Avoid processed foods. 8) avoid junk food. Stock up on healthy snacks instead of junk foods. 9) cut down on aerated drinks and alcohol. 10) plan your meals and follow the same with self control on your cravings.
