Calcium intake should be increased. Suggested to take shatavari kalpa 1 tsf for 2 times with milk. Suggested to wash vagina with dicoction of trifhala.

Your muscle tone is decreasing. Suggested to do gente massage with warm shatavari oil before bath or at night. Take good food. Do regular excercise.

Suggested to apply castor oil at night hile sleeping or you can keep a cotton sob soked in castor oil. Do it for 15 days.
