I injured my toenail few weeks back. Now I could find my toenail fully filled with black blood beneath the nail can I leave it as such or it should be treated.

No need of any trearment if it is asymptomatic. Leave it as such it will get healed as the nail grows approx one month.

Think it is a skin tag, its not that serious. You can leave it or if you have any discomfort you can get it removed bt radiofrequency or electrocautery.
