Drink plenty of fluids, get some blood tests and see a physician. To make sure you don't get dehydrated.

Do not take ridol. Sounds like food poisoning. If water loss is making patient dehydrated then may need some iv fluid replacement. And a course of antibiotics at the max ...read full answer
