Black or dark coloured Motions are due to the Iron Supplements that u must have started after your third month

It is quite possible for your second baby, but take ur vitamins well, eat ur green leafy vegetables, carrots etc.. Nutrition definitely matters and reduce the risk

It depends on your breastfeeding... if ur exclusively breastfeeding than you can expect after 6 months , but may vary wid person to person
