it is OK to use Deriva cms at night. avoid using pack every day. resultant dryness can irritate the skin. use proper moisturizer and sunscreen regularly

it's important to maintain hygiene when jock itch is concerned. you will need a prescription strength antifungal depending upon the area involved.

It might be piles. Take lot of liquid. May be laxative every day. You should see a surgeon if problem persists.

may be intertrigo or irritant dermatitis. should be seen in person. use calamine lotion. wear cottons inner. stay in cool. wash often.
