White patches reasons: 1. Decalcification of enamel 2. Hypocalcified enamel (birth defects) 3. Fluoride in water. Treatment is symptomatic 1. Fillings 2. Veneers.

You should go for scaling and also get blood scan done. Also bleeding gums are multifactorial from malnutrition to myriad reasons. So a good consultation is a must
