The treatment being given is correct. Please continue till your doctor tells you to stop. Otherwise major complications including heart can occur.

Hi Dr, accidentally I gave xylometazoline hydrochloride n sorbitol nasal spray prally to my daughter who is just 8 month old. Is it harmful?

Depends I the concentration of the xylometazoline and how many times have given it. If given once or twice no harm. If given repeatedly can cause problems.
