Take warm water fomentation on heel do ankle pumps and raising on toes exercise for twice a day 30 times each .exercise you will be benefitted.

I had a knee replacement 8 days ago. I have staples in my knee. Can I leave the staples open to the air or do I have to keep them covered with gauze and bandages?

You can keep it open if it's already been dry. But if it's wet or yellowish coloured liquid is coming out of it then you must keep it covered I hope got an answered.
