Please go for eye check up only after that you will be able to know that you require spectacle or not.

You may have conjunctivitis and that can be cured by taking proper antibiotic eyedrops but self medication may harm your eyes.

You are suffering from computer vision syndrome (cvs) . By treatment and proper instruction about how to use computer in case of cvs your problem will be solved.
