It is called Torticolles due to neck muscle spasm.It may be due to bad neck posture or hard pillow.Pain can be relieved by taking muscle relaxatant&hot fomentation.

No,it is not due to tumor,rather you take plenty of fibre containing food,water 4liter daily then some good laxative if needed.
