Follow these best tips to lightens and remove the black spots- 1. Take fuller, s earth (multani mitti) and sandalwood powder (chandan powder) mixed in same quantity mixed in water and apply on the spots in night and wash it after 1 hour. It will slowly removes the spots. 2. Take a piece of aloe vera. Apply gel of leaves on mark daily. Wash it after 30 minutes. 3. Crush one tomato and apply the paste on spots. It will remove the spots definitly. 4. Soak cotton gauze in rose water and clean the dark spots 2-3 times daily. 5. Take carotene rich vegetable suchas carrots, beetroot and fruits- mango, pineapple, strawberry regularly. 6. Avoid use of any cosmetic products. 7. Avoid continous long hours exposure of sunlight.

I am suggesting you some tips for your Energy, Health and wellness all you have to do is follow them regularly without any break. 1) It is strongly advisable that you eat fresh food. Consume your food within 48 minutes, because after that it starting decaying which in turn adversely harms your body. Avoid outside food and eat fresh homemade food preferably. Decayed & rotten or a day old food is also usually kept in the refrigerator which gives out 12 CFC gases, we don’t realize this fact but after a time long contact of food with harmful gases are slowly decaying our body from inside also. That is why it is advisable that you consume your food within 48 minutes from the time it is cooked. 2) In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed. This process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). 3) Avoid processed food, Maida (white flour), sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS 4) The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach 5) Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. 6) You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. It is said that the best time to consume dinner is before sunset, but it is not possible daily in the present scenario so it is strongly advisable that you do not consume anything heavy in your dinner and make sure your dinner is your lightest meal of the day while you can consume a heavy yet healthy breakfast. 7) The best time for breakfast is from sunrise till 2 and half hours, for example if sun is rising at 6: 00AM in the morning in your city than the best time for the consumption of breakfast is 6: 00AM till 8: 30AM approximately. 8) Make sure you have a 4 to 6 hours gap only in between your main meals. For example if you consumed your breakfast at 8 then make sure you have your lunch between 12: 00pm and 2: 00pm 9) Eat jaggery (gurh), mishri (not from mill), boora (not from mill) instead of sugar and chemical substitutes of sugar and its products. 10) India is a tropical country and for such kind of atmosphere the most beneficial food we can consume living here is vegetarian diet. As non-veg diets decreases the amount of Hydrochloric Acid in the body which in turn decreases the power of our digestive as well as immune system of our body. 11) Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables (seasonal) 12) In between your meals have fruits and nuts as snacks but make sure they are fresh and consumed before they start losing their nutritional values. 13) Lastly I would suggest that make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while you are sleeping, these sleeping positions are accurate and retain your energy throughout the day. I suggest that you even do surya namaskar in the morning after you wake up it is a one in all exercise for a healthy body furthermore make sure you are following a routine and not having a sedentary lifestyle. Hi lybrate-user. Stop eating all types of sugars and carbs. Have frequent small meals rather than having full big meals. Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Do not eat only sweet fruits like banana, custard apple etc.

Best way to reduce fat is exercise and diet control....take pranacharya medohar rasayn twice a day....medohar guggul 2-2 twice a day....and pranacharya slim capsule 1-1 twice a day...avoid junk food...oily food...fermented food..alcohol consumption..sugar....milk products and sweets....take oats and cereals more..and do pranayama early in the morning and walk for atleast 45 minutes a day...and do exercises....dont sleep immediately after taking meal....

These days you have more options for tooth replacement. Most durable method is dental implants. In this process implants are fixed inside the jaw permanently. Other option is removable or fixed partial denture. Time and cost depends on the treatment you choose. Dental implants are little expensive than partial dentures.

Sir/madam, Greetings. I had a severe stomach pain below the navel last night. The symptoms are, sweating, vomiting sensation, normalnmotion etc. I thought it was a gastric pain and I took REKOOL- D tablet/capsule. And ENO water. After a half an hour it was subsided. I had a Gsll bladder calculus of size 14mm. My question is. Is it because of Calculus. Please suggest.. I met our family doctor. He told me that I had a urinary bladder infection.

Yes due to gall-bladder stone there could be symptoms of pain/nausea/vomiting - but the pain would be localized to right side of the abdomen. The pain below navel could be due to UTI also but -- not so severe. Hence it could be due to the medical disease you are suffering from. Better advise for you would be to get yourself checked -- do a USG whole abdomen. Urine R/e & culture done. Also Blood test for CBC/LFT. For further queries get back to me.

First of all start taking proper meal that includes 3 major meal breakfast, lunch and dinner. Add 2 mid meal as well like 1 you can add inbetwwen your breakfast and lunch and another can be added between lunch and dinner in the evening. Include high protein meal during the day. Take plenty of water start doing some of exercise as well, if there is no space as such you can start with spot jump 20 times intially. Maintain a healthy lifestyle routine of all these things.
