Knee dislocation can be diagnosed based on physical examination by an orthopedician. The doctor may take the help of an X-ray to rule out any damage to the knee bones and joint. In some cases an MRI also may be required. If Knee Dislocation is caused by injury then broken bones need to be ruled out
HOW IS KNEE DISLOCATION TREATED?
Treatment for the dislocation problem includes physiotherapy in case the damage is not extensive. Alongside, hot and cold compress is also suggested. There are surgical options like complete or partial knee replacement surgeries in case the damage is irrevocable.
