I'm 17 years old and I usually wake up very easily. But today I have fallen asleep for maybe 30 minutes and my parents have woken me up after breaking the door down because they couldn't wake me up. All the windows were open a little bit and they were screaming and couldn't wake me up. Once they came in they woke me up, but this has never happened to me before. I've been working my first job for the last 20 days or so and have been getting up at about 6 am and falling asleep around 11 pm but waking up with no problems. I'm eating relatively healthy and i'm training almost every day. I have no prescriptions and no health problems. I weigh around 90 kg or 200lbs and my height is 185 cm or 6' 2" i've been overweight but i'm currently not and my blood sugar is normal and my blood pressure is a bit higher than normal but it's very brief.
