Hey, for muscle growth you should mantain your diet mangement with exercise. 1- increase your calorie intake, but do not take fatty food, take healthy food like" fish, banana, milk, peanut, eggs" but you should not over- eat. 2- take good amount of protien because it is very helpful for muscle growth eat pulses, soyabean, rajma, eggs. 3- eat protien regulary like but take small quantity of food at small interval. 4- take large amount of water. 5- do specific exercise for peticular part of body like dips is very good exercise for triceps muscle. 6- work hard but not for longer time. 7- go for running at least 30-45 min. In a day. 8- crunches is very good exercise for abdominal muscle. 9- use dumbell for biceps muscle it is very good for biceps muscle. 10- one most important thing go for sleep at least 6-7 hr per day.

You should most definitely get the cleaning done and also follow it up on a more regular basis in the future to ensure the problem doesn' t progress. All you need to ensure that the procedure is done with proper ultrasonic powered instruments and in the right manner.

You maybe suffering from allergic rhinitis and pharyngitis. You need to avoid the cause of your allergies and also take anti allergy medications. Please consult for prescription. If you have an infection and have fever you will need to do a course of antibiotics. For now do warm saline gargle and steam inhalation 3 times a day.

Get urine tested you have urine infection drink lot of water and take antibiotics such as nitofurantoin twice a day till urine report comes.

There are several things you can do to prevent a cold?they are all easy and inexpensive and worth the effort. Wash your hands often-with soap and warm water. Always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing into your hands, blowing your nose, after touching someone who is sick, or when using public restrooms or telephones. Cover Your Mouth and Nose When You Sneeze or Cough. Stay Home When You?re Sick-Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, don?t smoke, manage stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food so you can fend off viruses. Take healthy balanced diet...like boiled eggs.daily in breakfast .. Avoid people who have a cold or cold symptoms. TREATMENT:There is a gradual 1-3 day onset of symptoms. It often starts out as a sore throat, then a fever and coughing. As the cold progresses, the nasal mucus may thicken which is the last stage before the cold dries up. A cold usually lasts for a week or two. But, taking good care of yourself at home can relieve symptoms and help prevent complications if you are otherwise healthy. Unless you develop complications, you shouldn?t need medical treatment. Complications like infections of the ears, throat, sinuses or lungs must be treated with antibiotics. In general you should: ? get plenty of rest so your body can use its energy to fight the cold ? staying at home will keep you from spreading germs ? drink plenty of liquids like herbal tea or hot broth/vegetable/tomato soups. Avoid foods or drinks with caffeine which can keep you from getting enough sleep Runny Nose and Sneezing- gargle to keep from getting a sore throat. Drink extra fluids. Use saline nasal sprays or nasal irrigation ? Tablet Nasorest-P once/twice daily may reduce the amount of mucous. ? Do steam inhalation once or twice daily Cough- Unless your cough is severe or is keeping you from resting at night, it is better not to treat it. There are two types of coughs. Productive and non-productive( dry cough). Non-productive, dry cough. A dry cough may develop near the end of a cold that are often worse at night and can last up to several weeks. Take syrup Alex-D for a dry cough. Productive cough. A productive cough is one that brings up mucus from the back of the throat or the lungs. Productive coughs should not be suppressed to the point they no longer bring up mucus. Use syrup Alex. Drink lots of water if you have a productive cough.get chest xray done if cough lasts for more than a week and consult doctor immediately . Head and Body Aches- Take tablet dolo-650 mg for fever once or twice daily take ro water ,municipal water supply may not be hygienic

For body building do regular exercise and follow diet instead of taking medicine.Medicine has many side effects.So do regular exercise like muscle building and other muscle building exercise.Take whole fruits,vegetables,unprocessed foods.Take more fish,egg white,mushroom,tofu,yogurt,cottage cheese,soy.Take whey protein or other nutritional supplement along with workout.Use nuts and seeds.Use healthy fat.Drink lots of water.Avoid smoking,alcohol.Take proper rest.

start using sunsreen lotion above spf 30 .Include citrus fruits and salads in your diet for complexion.Don't use any bleaching agents for skin.Apply plain cream or lotion which doesn,t have harsh chemicals.Take medicine R-60 drops (Dr Reckweg ,Germany) 10drops in 1/4cup of water drink twice a day ,1/2 an hour before meals.

Indian foods that help to control high blood pressure

Here are the details of how some of these foods that are included in the sample indian diet plan for high blood pressure, helps.

In order to maintain normal blood pressure levels, various dietary modifications will have to be made. However, one can easily avoid medication of high blood pressure by taking some precautions while eating:

Eat a low sodium diet – Eating a low sodium diet doesn’t mean simply adding less salt to your meals; it also indicates consuming less of processed foods. This is because processed foods, canned foods and fast foods contain a high amount of sodium which affects the blood pressure adversely.

Include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet – Eat lots of fruits and vegetables since they are rich in potassium and this mineral helps to lower the blood pressure. Fresh fruits are also rich in sodium, magnesium, calcium and anti-oxidants and together these help to control the blood pressure levels. Some useful fruits are apricots, bananas, avocados, melons, oranges, lemons, prunes, grapefruit, dates and raisins.

Limit your alcohol intake – Most people know that moderate amounts of alcohol can help to lower your blood pressure levels but people interpret this act the way they like. They drink alcohol in excess and this affects the blood pressure adversely. Limit your alcohol intake to a maximum of 2 per day to keep your blood pressure under control.
Reduce your caffeine intake – although caffeine raises your blood pressure levels very slowly, it does have a negative effect when consumed regularly. Also, the amount of caffeine you drink also makes a huge difference. One should not drink more than 200 mgs per day. You may take in one shot or divide it in to 2-3 small shots.


Stop smoking – The nicotine that is emitted from cigarette smoke is really dangerous, not only for your lungs but also for your heart. If you are smoke, you are not only endangering yourself but also all those around you. Quit smoking as soon as you can.

Eat only whole grains – Eating whole grains is as effective as anti-hypertensive medicines, since they contain lots of potassium and thus help to control blood pressure. They also contain many other nutritious elements such as fiber, selenium, magnesium, folate and iron. One should eat at least 85 gms of whole grains such as oats, wheat, brown rice, popcorn, quinoa and breakfast cereals.

Avoid fats – Excess of cholesterol and bad fats clogs the arteries. Limit your intake of fat and consume only good fats. Choose foods that contain omega-3 fatty acids. Try steaming, baking, grilling and boiling over frying foods. Food can easily be cooked with a very small amount of fat. It might not taste as good initially but this is what is good for your heart. Replace full fat yoghurt with low fat yoghurt.

Eat lean meats – Avoid red meats. Consume chicken and fish that contains omega-3 fatty acids. Bake, roast and grill the poultry but avoid frying. Salmon, tuna and herring are heart-healthy varieties of fish.

Limit your intake of sugar – Consume only natural sources of sugar such as fruits, raisins, dates and maple syrup. Avoid aerated beverages and packed juices since these contain a lot of sugar. Avoid unnecessary snacking and don’t eat huge portions. Try not to consume foods that contain high fructose corn syrup. This includes ketchups, crackers and soft drinks.

Drink lots of water around 3.to 4 litres Everyday do your urine gets diluted and you pass urine frequently don't eat very spicy and strong smelling foods Get your urine tested for culture and sensitivity to checkout if there is any infection or other problems

There are many causes of hair fall. Like poor haemoglobin, dandraffs, dermitities, washing hairs with hard water, and many more. It need to check first. There are shampoo available which are antihair fall shampoo. Putting coconut oil in noe also slow done hair fall. But measures should be done after consultation only.

Dear lybrate user, pimples/ acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory skin disease which develops due to blocking of the hair follicles in skin. These blockages occur due to 4 abnormal processes: 1) excess sebum production due to androgens 2) excessive deposition of the protein keratin leading to comedone formation 3) infection of propionibacterium acnes (p. Acnes) bacteria on the hair follicles 4) local release of pro-inflammatory chemicals in the skin. Neither can you stop the overproduction of androgen or keratin protein nor can you stop the release of pro-inflammatory chemicals because all these processes takes place internally in your skin. However you can stop the accumulation of p. Acnes bacteria on your skin by preventing your skin from getting oily. Always keep a handkerchief with you wherever you go outside. You should wipe off the slightest amount of sweat from your face as soon as you perspire on entering your room from outside wash your face with an oil-free, non-moisturizing face wash. Take a low carbohydrate diet. Do some exercise daily. Drink a lots of water to avoid constipation. Avoid pricking the pimples or popping the sebum as it may lead to black pigmentation & permanent scar formation. You can also take homoeopathic calcarea phos 200, 5 drops, thrice daily, in empty stomach also you can apply homoeopathic mother tincture berberis aquifolium q on the dark spots on your skin which are produced after the resolution of the pimples.

Eat moderately, exercise, long walks, healthy diet, no smoking or exposure to pollution, getting involved with fruitful activities, loneliness & depression can kill the person, so keep visiting them, if you are living away from them, if living with them, give them their space and do tell kids to bond with them, parents relive lives of their kids through grand children. Make sure about helpers in the home.

Follow these best methods to easily gain weight and get a healthy body - * to gain weight, first take a diet rich with proteins and fats. You should take high calories food that increase your muscle mass and induce growth in bones. Follow the diet chart in your daily life to fastly gain weight * in morning, take a glass of milk added with 2 teaspoons of bournvita or complan powder with breakfast. * after 2 hours of breakfast, take 2 bananas or a bowl of boiled soyabeans. To increase your hunger & proper digestion of food - take 10 gms powder of carom seeds (ajwain, 10 gm powder of cumin (jeera), 10 gm of rock salt. Mix them well and take 1/2 teaspoon (3-5 gm) of mixture daily after lunch * in lunch time, take 1 bowl of curd or 100 gm of cheese, a bowl of vegetable, with chapattis. You can take 2 bowl of careals (moong/chana daal) on the place of curd or cheese. * in evening, take 1 glass of milk (300 ml) with 10-12 pieces of dry fruits or 3-4 pieces of dates (khajoor). * in night, take a bowl of careals (daal, a bowl of salad with chapattis. 3. In morning, get up early and take awalk for 10-15 minutes and exercise light weight exercises for at least 30 minutes at home or gym. Exercise is very important so that muscles gain mass from the heathy diet. 4. For proper weight, proper sleep is very important. So you should sleep for 6-8 hours daily. 5. Avoid smoking & alcohol drinkg completely. I assure you that you definitely gain weight fastly by following them. Be healthy

Hair fall is due to many reasons now a day it is common due to stress and busy life check your haemoglobin level take proper diet (dal vegetables sprouts fruits) and do exercise minimum 15 min if possibles do yoga for 10 min increase water intake minimum 3 to 4 litres per day also take homoeo medicines phosphrus 30 (30 no glouble) 2 tds x 1 month and reply also comb your hair gently and 2/3 time per day wash with homoeopathic shampoo twice a week.
