Exercise and nutrition work hand in hand for weight loss. One doesn't work without the other. Just eat mindfully, control portion size, avoid junk food. Eat some nuts like almonds, pistachios, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds as 4pm snacks to avoid the unnecessary junk at around 6 pm. Have early dinner. Like at about 7.30pm. Indulge in some sports or walk at least 3times a week and you will be good to go. This will ensure permanant fat loss over a period of 6 months

Hello, Body sculpting can happen with good exercises like leg lifts, crunches, cycling. Food like ginger, garlic, pepper, turmeric and apple cider vinegar are good fat burners. Hope this helps yoy. stay healthy and stay fit ☺

if you have smoked only one cigarette for first time yesterday and you are still feeling the symptoms , take a glass of warm milk with a spoon of honey and forget about it with a promise made to self that you will not smoke again !

You might be suffering from shin splints. After jogging or running (specially for beginners) the muscles and flesh along the edge of the shin bone become inflamed, so it hurts to walk, run, or jump. Jogging on hard surfaces can bring this on. You are more likely to get shin splints if you have flat feet or your feet turn outward. Some tips to deal with this condition : 1.Rest your legs, do not jog when in pain. 2. Ice pack application. 3. Anti-inflammatory medicines such as ibuprofen. 4. Stretching and warm up to be done before jogging or running. 5. Gradual and step wise increase in physical activity. If problem persists consult again.

Hye, thanks for the query. For a diabetic it is best advised to have a diet planned as per the sugar levels, lifestyle and history. Though you can follow some guidelines - the sugar levels will fluctuate depending on what you ate or did not eat, stress levels and activity levels. You have to try and manage a balanced carb intake. Have small frequent meals. Do not fast for long hours. You have to eat 3 main and 3 mid meals. Your diet must include whole grains, seasonal fruits, vegetables, small amounts of nuts and dairy and pulses or dals or lean meats like chicken or fish and egg. Starchy vegetables need to be planned into the diet. Avoid a very heavy meal at one time. Avoid fruit juices, aerated drinks or sugarcane juice, honey, jaggery or sugar. Avoid junk foods. Exercise and stay active. Avoid exercise if sugar levels are above 250 mg/dl. Do not attempt to try out too many remedies as you could go into hypoglycaemia. Sleep well. It's all a matter of discipline.

For a healthy weight increase Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

You should go for 45 minutes brisk walk in the morning. Do regular exercise. Take lukewarm water with half lemon. I advice you include high fibre, low fat, calorie, modrate carbohydrates, normal vitamin and mineral. Don't take rice at night. Take sprouts and fruits. Take salad before meals. Drink more water in a day. Use skim milk. Avoid junk n oily food. Take small and frequent meals.

Many reasons are there like heredity,health problem,food habit.So do medical check ups.Beside that eat more food more frequently.Do not skip meals.Use whole cream milk or milk shake.Use weight gainer supplement.Take small amount of food whenever you want so that always you will feel energetic.Eat lots of dense fruits,vegetables,unrefined foods.Take animal protein,plant protein like pulses,soybean,soy product,soy milk,tofu,mushroom.Take nuts and seeds.Use extra healthy fat in cooking.Drink lots of water but not just before or during meals.Take quality sleep.

Hi, Daily intake of 2-3 cups of tea is good for health as it's a stimulant, so shouldn't be taken more than that. And daily brisk walk of 30 to 40 minutes is must for healthy life.

Your glycemic control is not good as for now. Repeat your blood sugar test + glyceted Hb (Hb1Ac) Your dose needs to be titrated too

Hello, it's good to reduce weight at right time as many problems are directly related to overweight! go through the following guidelines and implement them in your routine: management: 1: drink plenty of water (at least 2-3 l/d) or other calorie-free beverages. 2: be choosy about nighttime snacks. 3: enjoy your favorite foods. 4: have 6 meals per day - 3 main courses and 3 snack meals (snack meals should be healthy). 5: do regular exercises daily (start with light and later may be little vigorous). Exercise decreases the stress hormone in your body, burns calories and also increases the blood circulation. Preferably brisk walking, swimming, cycling, skipping. 6: eat seasonal fruits. Fruit helps to satisfy your sweet tooth thanks to its natural sugars, while fresh vegetables help you fill up more quickly. Fruits and vegetables contain fiber to help you feel full quickly. 7: eat more whole grains and cut simple carbs. Whole wheat bread, oatmeal, whole wheat pasta, sweet potato, and brown rice are all excellent sources of energy and sources of nutrition. 8: choose lean proteins instead of fatty ones. 9: cut the salt from your diet. Eating more sodium causes your body to retain water, which can cause you to feel bloated and gain more weight. 10: don't skip meals. When you skip meals, your body stops breaking down fat and starts breaking down muscle tissue. Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than other tissues, so you're actually working against your goals 11: eat at home. Going out to eat makes it too easy to cheat. Food sold at restaurants is commonly much higher in fat, sodium, and other weight-loss killers. 12: give yourself a treat now and then. If you're attending a party or going out for a special occasion, allow yourself an indulgence. Just make sure that these indulgences don't become daily habits. 13: go for a health walk. Gear up yourself daily for a health walk which not only shed off your extra calorie, but also reduces the stress levels. 14: take small frequent breaks for a quick walk in between as sitting for long hours together encourages the accumulation of fat in the body! medication: start taking schwabe's phytolacca berry tablets/ thrice daily 1/2 an hr before the meals for 3 months. Take high calorie and high protein diet do excercise or walk regularly. Don't skip brkfst. With brkfst take 1 glass of milk n add 2 badam n 2 anjeer. Essential bn 4 scoop with 200 milk.

On rising take 1 glass of luke warm water with lemon juice and honey in the morning for 15 days in a month. Or a cinnamon tea helps 2 lose weight rapidly take 1 cup of green tea in the evening daily and with a dash of honey. Do yoga exercise and spot reduction exercises surya namaskar, yoga asans like bhujangasana (cobra pose), sarvangasana (shoulder stand pose, vajrasana (diamond pose), pavanamuktasana (wind-relieving pose), matsyasana (fish pose) try 2 avoid sweets, oily, spicy, junk food, chocolates. And fried items cut down on salt intake. Cricketers are Athletes and athletes should lways be fit, dear Pradyuman I was also a cricketer I played state and national for Punjab, so I share a special bonding with you:) I am giving some natural remedies to you, the answer is bit long but do read it to gain the benefit. I wish you to see you in the Indian Cricket team 1.Make sure you have your head in the south or east direction while sleeping. In this position your body is taking force of attraction. Sleeping in north is very unhealthy and will make you tired and lethargic because your body is taking force of repulsion. Attraction bring elasticity, ease, good blood pressure, sound sleep, relaxation, increase in height while North brings high BP, quick heart beats, muscle and internal body part contraction, your breathing will affect. In Indian culture head of the Dead body during Antim sanskar is kept in North direction. In west direction researches are going on, so don’t sleep till researches come. 2.It is advisable that you consume" cow ghee" take 1 spoon of cow ghee and warm it, With the help of a dropper, Pour one drop of cow ghee in each of your nostril. It may sound weird or a hectic job at first but trust me it is the most effective remedy for any kind of problem related to health. It Makes your head nerves lighter and healthier that too without any side effects. Cow ghee reaches those areas in your head where allopathic and homeopathic medicines fails to reach. 3.In the morning start consuming lukewarm water right after you wake up & sitting in sukhasaan (chaukdi) (see image) it is advisable to even do rinsing with the lukewarm water in your mouth and gulp it after that. Drink your water sip by sip instead of drinking it in speed, this process is done for the detoxification and cleaning of your stomach/intestines that has everything to with your health issues. After this your stomach condition will remain intact at pH7 condition (which is not alkaline or acidic in nature but neutral). The alkaline or saliva (laar) of your mouth should mix with the acid of your stomach to make stomach in neutral. This is only possible if you are drinking water sip by sip, slowly each time you consume water. This will not just help you in attaining a proper health but will keep you away from other health and weakness problems, which comes from the acids produced in stomach. In Ayurveda it is said to through this formula you can live for 100 years without disease or stress. You should also eat your all meals sitting in sukhasana (check image) 4.Other advice is that don’t drink water after your meals (lunch, dinner, breakfast, or any mini meal). Drink water after 90 minutes of meals. Drinking water after your meals reduces your digestion, and as you know if food is not digested it will produce acid, which in turn will increase your weight. Scientifically it is proved that food takes at least 90 minutes to digest, drinking water during that 90 minutes will bring almost 68 types of diseases of stomach. 5.Make sure you are walking at least 5000 to 12, 000 steps every day. It is strongly recommended that you start with a jogging regime also if possible. I suggest you to buy a Pedometer which will calculate your daily steps, Pedometer will cost you just Rs 300 from market but will help you a lot. 6.Start doing surya namaskar, its more than a weight loss exercise. From improving your posture, strengthening muscles to whittling extra inches around the waist, the benefits of Suryanamaskar are many, provided you adapt it the right way. A set of 12 fixed, cyclic postures define Suryanamaskar which when performed repeatedly at an easy pace can bring a sense of well being, almost immediately. However, those with a heart condition, arthritis or slip-disk, need their doctor's consent before starting the routine. 7.You should avoid late night dinners at any cost and make sure you are following a routine while having 3 main course meals of the day. Try having your dinner before sunset and not eat anything heavy after sunset this will surely help you with a better health. Try to sleep before 11: 00 P. M. And sleep for minimum 6 to 8 hours. Lack of sleep is also a leading factor of bad health. 8.Avoid processed food, sugar and its products as well as refined oil/double refined oil. Use pure oil of mustard (sarso), peanut, coconut, cow ghee, sesame. When you put 10 to 12 chemicals in these oils then they become refined oil and bring almost 68 diseases along with weight gain and bad health. Don’t follow what this television advertisement says about refined oil. It is all marketing. EAT PURE OILS. 9.Listen the music you love when you feel tired, music has a therapeutic energy and reduces stress and makes you energetic. 10.Bhramari pranayama is very effective in instantly calming your mind down. It is one of the best breathing exercises to release the mind of agitation, frustration or anxiety and get rid of anger. A simple-to-do technique, can be practiced anywhere at work or home, and an instant option available to de-stress yourself. 11.This breathing technique derives its name from the black Indian bee called Bhramari. (Bhramari = type of Indian bee; pranayama = breathing technique). The exhalation in this pranayama resembles the typical humming sound of a bee, which explains why it is named so. Benefits Of Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Instant way to relieve tension, anger and anxiety. It is a very effective breathing technique for people suffering from hypertension as it calms down the agitated mind. •Gives relief if you're feeling hot or have a slight headache •Helps mitigate migraines •Improves concentration and memory •Builds confidence •Helps in reducing blood pressure Points To Note While Doing Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath) •Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear but on the cartilage. •Don’t press the cartilage too hard. Gently press and release with the finger. •While making the humming sound, keep your mouth closed. •You can also keep your fingers in Shanmukhi mudra (hand position) while doing this pranayama. To sit in Shanmukhi mudra, gently place your thumbs on the ear cartilage, index fingers on the forehead just above the eyebrows, middle fingers on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils and the little fingers on corners of your lips. Contraindications None. Once this pranayama is learnt correctly from a yoga teacher, anyone from a child to an elderly person can practice this pranayama. The only pre-requisite is that this pranayama should be done on empty stomach.

Hello mam, to lose belly fat, you have to work on diet as well as exercise. Include fruits, vegetables, egg, paneer, curd etc in your diet. Do morning or evening brisk walk, crunches, treadmil etc. Avoid heavy lifts in gym.

Yes. You need medical follow up to rule out any underlying medical condition for your sudden weight gain. At first do blood test for t3, t4, tsh. Watch for your stagnant lifestyle and bad eating habits. You will definitely need medication for faster results. Following proper diet which is low calorie nutritious diet and doing regular exercise and yoga and brisk walking will help you to reduce your weight do following exercises. Aerobics pranaayam anulom vilom kapaalbhaarti suryanaumaskar cycling stop eating oily, fatty and sugar based food. Stop milk n milk products. Consume less carbohydrates and more of vegetables, salads, fruits. Stop outside food and junk food.

The first thing you have to do is to develop a positive attitude towards your goal. You need to understand that transforming your physique is going to take a lot of time. These things don't work that easily. It's going to take a lot of hard work and consistency. 1.Start exercising. Start working out if you are not active. Begin with body weight exercises like push up, pull up and squats. Weight training proves to be really helpful if you want to gain good quality weight. Train each body part twice a week. For example: Monday/Thursday: Chest + Triceps Tuesday/Friday: Back + Biceps Wednesday/Saturday: Legs + Shoulders Don't forget to warm up for at least 10 - 15 minutes. Warm up includes jumping, rope skipping, treadmill, cycling, stair climbing, etc. 2.Eat Healthy. Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food and any form of sugar. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 2 - 3 hours. Some of the recommended food items are boiled chicken and eggs, brown rice, brown bread, peanut butter, olive oil (extra virgin), green tea, dry fruits etc. 3.Consume good amount of fruits and vegetables. Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. 4.Eat whole grains. Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats are best sources of healthy carbohydrates but do not include these items in your dinner. 5.Increase protein intake. Protein proves to be the most essential nutrient when it comes down to gaining strength or building muscle. Therefore, consume all types of protein from both veg and non veg food items. Boiled chicken and eggs are the best sources of fat free protein. Sprouts are also rich in protein. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. B. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. Fruits and vegetables helps in absorption of food in the body and together, completes your daily nutrition need. C. If you are a non- vegetarian - Eat eggs, chicken etc. D. Eat whole grains – Try to have multi grains spread throughout the day. Wheat, brown rice, oats, bajra, daliya etc should be taken in multiple meals in a day. E. Eat Sprouts – Chana and moong which are full of protein and nutrients. F. You can supplement your diet with good quality multi-vitamin capsules. If you are lacking in protein, you can buy a high quality whey protein and have it with banana shake twice a day. G. You can take natural food items like wheat grass which is full of essential nutrients which helps in weight gain.

I have told already. Take three meal first before 10 am ,second arround 2-3 pm ,third arround 8-9 p m. Take full plate salad before each meal. Take 1-2 missi roti without ghee over it. Eat slowly chew well. Take fruits 2 times about 12 and 5-6 pm. Take all fruits except mango, banana,grapes, chikoo, leechi and no fruit juices. You can take badam, akhrot and pista. Ground nut in a limit.
