पवित्र तुलसी (जिसे तुलसी या ओक्रिमम गर्भगृह भी कहा जाता है) एक आयुर्वेदिक जड़ी बूटी है जिसका ऐतिहासिक रूप से विभिन्न प्रकार की बीमारियों के उपचार के लिए उपयोग किया गया है। तुलसी सामान्यतः पूरक रूप में या तुलसी चाय के रूप में लिया जाता है। तुलसी को एक अनुकूलन के रूप में माना जाता है। यह चिंता, अधिवृक्क थकान, हाइपोथायरायडिज्म, असंतुलित रक्त शर्करा और मुँहासे के लिए एक प्राकृतिक उपाय के रूप में प्रयोग किया जाता है।
मुख्य रूप से तुलसी की चाय प्रतिरक्षा प्रणाली, श्वसन प्रणाली, पाचन तंत्र और तंत्रिका तंत्र का समर्थन करती है। इसमें रोगाणुरोधी और इम्यूनो-मॉडुलेटरी गुण हैं।

3. यदि लोग मधुमेह या हाइपोग्लाइसीमिया से पीड़ित हैं और दवा के तहत तुलसी का उपभोग करते हैं, तो इससे रक्त शर्करा में अत्यधिक कमी हो सकती है।
4. तुलसी गर्भवती महिलाओं में गर्भाशय के संकुचन को प्रोत्साहित कर सकती है।

Green tea also effective in weight lose. You should do brisk walk. Eat raw fruits and green vegetables. Take fruits in breakfast 3 to 4 times a week.

Healthy Diet: While trying to gain weight, the focus should be more on eating healthy foods that are rich in vitamins and minerals. Healthy food includes meat, poultry, unsaturated plant fats, low-fat milk, healthy starch content, vegetables, fruits and nuts. Cashews, almonds, dates, walnuts, dry grapes, apricots, peaches are some of the dried fruits and nuts that can be added to breakfast, salads, cereal and desserts. Sesame seeds, ground nuts, and peanuts also contain fats in them and can help in adding that extra pounds you desire. Sometimes loss of appetite may also cause weight loss. Research suggests that umami flavour inrceases satiety and enhances appetite.

I have to have patience. Give yourself a time period of one year. Do long term planning. Do not get discouraged if you don't see immediate results. Continue gym. Eat low calories nutritious diet. Like sprouts vegetables n salads n fruits etc. Stop junk food completely. Eat less of carbohydrates. Do abdominal exercises.

Take diet rich in protein like non-veg. Eggs, pulses, legumes, sprouts, nuts (sp. Walnut and almonds), iron-rich food like green vegetables, also take flaxseeds, green tea, soyabean, fruits, salads, etc. Take proper 6-9 hrs of sound sleep. Give up the habit of smooking and excessive alcohol intake. Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym! With regular medicines you will be able to enjoy your sexual activity.

In order to get relief from gas problems you should follow healthy dietary habits. Like eating a balanced diet, avoiding junk foods, spicy and fried foods. Having proper intake of water. And proper chewing of food. Dinner should be early so that you have 2 hrs before you sleep.

Dear, for a normal weight reducing diet, the quality of food is reduced as per the reduced calorie restrictions. Emphasis is given or more roughage and liquids. The following items are deleted:- a) butter, ghee and coconuts chutney. B) fried food items. C) egg yolk. D) nutrition. E) high calorie fruits like banana. This diet provides about 1000-1200 calories and 40-45gm of protein.

To gain weight you should eat more calories than you burn. Plus not only you have to eat calorie dense food but you have to keep in mind that what you are eating is healthy too. In the process of weight gain you do not want to put weight in an uneven manner and look unhealthy rather than looking bright and healthy. 1. Start with changing your lifestly. Start working out if you are not active. The biggest myth that prevails now a days is that thin people do not need to work out. This is wrong. When you challenge your body, it is forced to grow. But this growth can only be possible if you are eating enough food to let the body absorb and grow in size and muscles. 2. Eat Healthy – Stop drinking and smoking too much if you are indulged in it. Limit your intake of junk food, pepsi, sugary stuff etc. Do not at all starve yourself. Make it a habit to eat something healthy every 3 hours. This means you have to eat 6 small meals in a day. Your Daily food intake should ideally consist of – a. Have plenty of nuts, dry fuits and seeds. Almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, figs, dates and raisins. They are full of healthy fats needed by a human body. b. Good amount of fruits and vegetables – Bananas, apples, pomegranate, green leafy vegetables. You are having anaemia. Eat more iron rich food. There is nothing to worry but need to take extra care regarding diet and iron supplement otherwise you will feel more exhausted and tired as pregnancy advances. Have spinach soup. Banana,4-5 dates, honey,laddoos with jaggery, coconut etc alongwith vit c foods for absorption like oranges, lemon,kiwi etc.
