Well I certainly believe their are people specially youth come with lots of myth it's not easy to counsel because 1. They believe Google more then doctor. 2 As a Doctor we don't have much time to explain as teacher. So I personally suggest avoid being in too much conversation n argument focus more on counseling keeping time in mind if one gets results will return.

Physical activity with balanced diet is important physical activity can be of her choice dance walk yoga cycling no gym recommended a balanced diet including lots of water, milk and milk products if non vegetarian prefer taking full egg fish and chicken avoid red meat in vegetarian take dry fruit and dal along with 3 normal meal. Sleep well no stress take iron dexorange and calcium calsifirol fallow for 1 month!

Its for my mother - age -55. Hight-5.1 Weight -59 On january some blood came with cough We have consulted with doctor and do some chest xray nothing came out, doctor gave some antibiotic with in 2 days blood stopped. Again blood came in april after 2 days again stop, again came this month. So 3 times came january, april and september. No weight loss but 2 days before we did ct scan and found abnormal tissue density mass measure on 3.3 centimeter. No pain, weight loss, breathing problem, nothing.Kindly suggest me.

Please consult some other doctor as in such cases complete check up is required kindly choose doctor associated with brand + experienced also I'll suggest you to get her complete body check up their are infection which transfer from one area to another.

Best recommendation is to do stretching exercises as in classical dance or yoga will help avoid gym.

Their are many other sources of protein don't just depend on soya bean taking 50gm of soya per day is enough include other sources like milk and milk products egg whites etc.

Milk sulks calcium (to maintain ph balance of body) from bones instead of supplying calcium is it true?
No it's not milk is High resource of calcium but as vitamin D is not present in milk absorption of calcium may not happen so one must include sunlight with any source of calcium.
