Best recommendation is to do stretching exercises as in classical dance or yoga will help avoid gym.

Their are many other sources of protein don't just depend on soya bean taking 50gm of soya per day is enough include other sources like milk and milk products egg whites etc.

No it's not milk is High resource of calcium but as vitamin D is not present in milk absorption of calcium may not happen so one must include sunlight with any source of calcium.

Hi I don't recommend any drugs or medications, natural weight gain is healthy with no side-effects may take little longer than we expect but no harm. Eat 3 heavy means with 1 time shake with dry fruits 1 Time fruits n milk in dinner. Do physical activity sleep well no stress don't use TV laptop phone while eating.

Should take more of vegetables and fruits + home made food avoid tea coffee alcohol red meat. Yes their is proper diet plans for CVD as well!
