If you wish to lose weight under professional guidance with diet plans which have food of your choice, you should opt for a customised diet program. We cannot draft and send a diet plan here as it needs lot of information, needs calculations and is a time taking process. You can't reduce all belly fat in one month. Keep patience and you will be able to achieve this with lifestyle modifications. Exercise regularly with a high protein, low fat diet to lose belly fat and gain muscle mass. Restrict carbohydrates to complex ones only which are rich in fibre and fill you up with lesser calories. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods (Fruits, Vegetables) which are not processed. Eat small and at frequent intervals. Have plenty of water and sleep well. Take care of the posture while studying or working on the laptop or mobile. You are very young and have normal weight (in fact its towards the lower end only) .You should not have tummy fat unless you sit down in the wrong posture for many hours in a day and eat foods which cause bloating. Erratic eating might also cause it. Try to have small and frequent meals, plenty of water during the day, exercise for 45 mins on a regular basis. Also take care that you get up frequently and do not sit for long hours. Correct your posture too. Bring discipline in eating habits as far as timings and healthy food is concerned .Avoid junk.

You need to focus on your lifestyle with changes in eating pattern and physical activity. It is difficult to spell out a Diet Chart here as it should be prepared in a customized manner for every individual. If you make necessary dietary changes and combine it with 45-60 min walk / exercise you can easily shed weight. 
You need to correct your diet wherever it’s going wrong. Focus on higher protein, low fat andhigh fibre intake. Avoid simple sugars completely. 'Eat Out' less and have good quantity of fresh foods which are not processed.

Weight gain needs a healthy wholesome diet with increase in proteins, healthy fats and required carbohydrate intake. Include more of fish, eggs, chicken, nuts and oilseeds, whole milk and milk products in your diet with ample quantity of fresh fruits and vegetables. Do not skip meals and eat frequently. Do some exercise along so that digestion is good. Take care that you do not have constipation and are properly hydrated.

At this young age you should exercise and eat healthy to shed weight. Start by cutting out refined carbohydrates, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily.
