Hi, I have been exercising and pretty regular in aerobics classes. End output is pretty good in terms of body toning, looks slimmer and cholesterol maintaining. But when it comes to weight loss, I do not find any good result. Please help me what might be the reason behind it. Whether its a good sign or bad.

There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to exercise and eat healthy to work it off. Start by cutting out white rice, baked items, bread, sugar and oily foods from your diet completely. Go for more fruits, vegetables and protein in your meals. Snack on nuts and frsh fruits. Start out with a 30-minute walk daily.
