Hello sir.
I am a shop keeper My problem is my 80 kg weight.
Please Advise Me How to lose my weight.
Hello. 1) honey-lime juice water is highly beneficial in the treatment of obesity without the lose of energy and appetite. In this mode of treatment one spoon of fresh honey should be mixed with the juice of half a lime in a glass of luke warm water and take it in regular intervals. Specially after waking up in he morning and before you sleep. 2) cabbage is considered to be an effective home remedy for obesity. Recent research has discovered in this vegetable, a valuable content called, tartroric acid which enables the conversion of sugar and other carbohydrates into fat. Hence it has a great value in fat/ weight reduction, a plate of cabbage salad would be the simplest way to stay slim a painless way of dieting thanks.

Hi It seems when you quit gymming, you tend to eat the same diet as earlier. So because of the excess food which does not get burnt, the excess calories get accumulated. Start doing gymming regularly. Do more of treadmill and cycling. Eat more fruits. Drink more water. Avoid fried stuff. Take meals regularly. Dont skip breakfast Follow a proper diet plan.

Drinking a cup or two throughout the day can be relaxing, but this much is bad for you. Coffee and tea are dehydrating and addictive. Whenever you have an urge to have coffee, have a glass of water and have some fruit or light snack instead. That would have a better impact and help you concentrate better, without harming. Having this much coffee actually kills your appetite.

Mr. Diabetes mellitus usually does not produce easily recognisable symptoms, that is one of the reasons why many persons do not realise that they have the problem. When fully developed it may cause excessive urination, excessive hunger, excessive thirst, unexplained weight loss and tiredness. Precautions to be taken keep diabetes in control are taking prescribed medications regularly without missing a dose, take a restricted diet, that provides exact calories based on ideal body weight, extent of daily exercise and blood sugar levels. Exercise daily for at least 1 hour, consume more of green leafy vegetables, salads and permitted fruits (100 g a day). Avoid alcohol and smoking. Also avoid sweets, deep fried foods, junk foods, pastries and sweetened aerated drinks. There are mainly two types of diabetes t1 where there is total absence of insulin, patient needs insulin for survival and for treatment. This is seen even in young children from very early childhood. T2 is due to either lack of insulin or resistance to its action or both, this occurs in later yaers, earlier above 40 years. Now a days seen even in teen ages. Main reason for this is considered to be over weight and inactivity.

I am diabetes patient. I have tried many treatments but no one works. Can you help me in this?

BHMS
Homeopath,
I am diabetes patient. I have tried many treatments but no one works. Can you help me in this?
Dear lybrate user, one of the major nutritional substance required for human body is carbohydrate. We take carbohydrate in the form of rice, wheat, sugar etc. The complex molecules of carbohydrate are broken down into simple glucose molecules during digestion & released in the blood stream to be absorbed by the muscle cells. Muscle cells utilise the glucose molecules to release energy by breaking down those glucose molecules. Insulin hormone plays a vital role in the absorption of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells. In abnormal conditions, either due to less production of insulin or due to resistance to insulin, the process of absorption of glucose by the muscles comes to a stand still. The glucose molecules remains in the bloodstream which results in the increase in the blood sugar level. The failure of utilisation of the glucose molecules by the muscle cells results in production of less energy than normal condition. This is externally manifested as the fatigue & tiredness of the patient. This excess amount of blood sugar compels the kidney to function more than normal level in order to excrete the blood sugar molecules through urine. As a result the patient suffers from frequent urination. This abnormal condition is clinically known as diabetes mellitus. Once a patient is diagnosed with diabetes he has to take regular medicine to keep his blood sugar level within normal limits. However, the patient does not need to take medicine unless his/her post. Prandial blood sugar level reaches 200. If post. Prandial blood sugar level reaches 200 then patient can take homoeopathic mother tincture gymnema sylvestra q, 30 drops, thrice daily, after meals, in a cup of water. Along with intake of medicines the patient need to walk at least 1 hour daily without any interval. In order to decrease the intake of carbohydrate in diet the patient should avoid rice, sweet dishes, fruits, cold drinks, fast foods, alcoholic beverages, potato etc.
