Humari yeh paachan pranali hai, mukh se lekar recrum tak iski kul lambaai 7 meter se adhik hoti hai. Iski antim bhaag ki lagbhag ek meteer lambaai me humara bhojan ka bacha hua bhaag, mal ke roop me parivartit hota hai. Aur iske antim chorr se bahar nikal jata hai. Kisi bhi karan se jab ye mal bahar nahi nikal pata hai, ye aant me ikhatta hone lagta hai, to ise kabz kehte hai.

Yeh kabx ki beemari sari duniya me feli hui hai. Sare sansaar me iska bohot he vistaar hai. Sur isko mitaane ke lie hazaaro prakaar ki dawaiya duniya me bikti hai parantu kabz ka theek hone ka koi naam he nahi hai.

Chikitsak log kehte hai ki kabz koi badi beemari nahi hai, balki beemari hai he nahi. Aur sahi baat bhi hai. This is a commomn problem faced elderly males which results in frequent urination, specially during nights. It disturbs sleep and make the following day difficult. Sleep deprivation reslts in lithargy and drowseyness for the whole day.

Yoga and Naturopathy bring a new ray of hope for such patients.

Lie down on a mat or on the bed. Do Kapal Bhathi for 15 Minutes. But the patient has to ensure that the stroke of Kapal Bhathi is felt on the lower abdomen. This can be achieved by a little effort or training. Repeat the process a second time in the evening.

Apply hot and cold water on the point where prostrate is situated. Take a hand shower attached to Geyser and sprinkle hot water shower for 4 minutes followed by cold water shower for 2 minutes. Repeat 4 times. Start with Hot and end also with hot. Follow this twice a day.

Eat lots of Salad and fruits. Drink less water after 7 pm. Donot drink water during night time unless very thirsty. Keep your weight under control.

Sir, my problem is my jub morning main uthta hoon mera gala thek hota hai. But jai say jai say din hota hai gala jaam hota jata hai or Mujhey bolnay main bahut joor lagana padta hai aisa 15 दिन say ho raha hai or ye problem her 3 say 4 months मैं repeat hota rehta hai.

Whenever it happens stop all food items and change to Orange/sweetlime/kinnow juice. Take a cup of spinach juice every day. Continue for three days and come back to normal food, The situation will improve in about three such rounds.

I am having continuous constipation and pass faeces after 2 or 3 days that not too much. I have consulted a doctor who prescribed me powder softovac sf (a bowl regulator) and sat isabgol and also suggested me not to take meat, eggs and take excessive fluids .But it does not make any effect in me .plz suggest me what to take.

Eat Minimum 250 gms salad with every principal meal. Go to toilet twice a day. Eat one fruit in breakfast. Fruits like Anar, Cheeku, Guava, Mango etc will help. Dr. G L Moondra.

My uncle is 52 years old. He is addicted to alcohol. He drinks 2 pegs daily at night usually at 9 o clock. He has complaint of having pain in knees and arm. Does alcohol is injurious to health How to cure him? He once did not drink for a month and got up with cervical problem. How to cure his his knees and arms which have got great pain. Thanks.

The pain in knee and arm is not related to Alcohol. In any case he should reduce the pegs to one. For pain he needs to do yoga asans like Bhujang asan, Makarasan, in which the neck is bent backwards. Avoid bending your neck forward as much as you can.

Eat 250 gms salad half an hour before every principal meal. Reduce your weight by Diet regulation and exercise. Go to toilet minimum twice a day and never ignore urge for defecation.

I do not think these will interfere. But ask your homeopathy Doctor. However for better heels wear thick cotton socks. Keep the portion where you have cracks wet. It will dry after some time. Repeat wetting process. You will find that within 333-4 days the cracks will start disappearing. For bad appetite go on a 3 days fast. Do some exercise, go for a walk.
