Doctor l have lot of weakness in body. My hemoglobin rate is very low 10. Give me advice to correct the given reason please.

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment To increase your Heamoglobin value apart from medication eat green vegetables, jaggery, carrots, beet etc and Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong, chana,Dal, rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don't apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit.

I have a dest job a last 1 years and my weight is growing up day by day so how can I lost my weight?
First you should follow low calories food for weight loss. * in morning, take 1-2 chapattis with a bowl of cooked green vegetables. You can take a glass of lemon water with it. *in lunch you can take a bowl of raw vegetables like carrot, radish, tomatoes, turnip or beetroot. *in evening, you can take a cup of green tea only with some pieces of friuts like apple, pineapple, pear. Avoid taking banana or mango. *in dinner, you can take vegetable soup or a bowl of cooked vegetables. But do not take potato, sweet potatoes. * you can take a cup skimmed milk 4 times a week only during day time. * work out for atleast 1 hour in morning, you can try skipping for 15minutes with a walk of 30 minutes and 5-10 minutes running. Follow these exercises in the morning - * lie down on flat surface, raise your legs without bending your knees, do it for 3-5 times daily. * do not eat fastfoods and soft drinks, as they have high calories and the calories deposit in body in the form of weight if not utilised.

Dear lybt user, don`t take any medicine to gain weight, they have many side effects. You can go through proper natural and balanced diet with whole cereals dals veggies fruits, milk egg, butter, nuts, etc. A diet plan is more costomised. Hi to increase weight should improve digestive system. By digesting indigested food with the help of remedy take banana milk shake. Take sleep after taking meal drink more of milk and eat lots of milk products. Like butter. Ghee.

Hye, thanks for the query. A balanced diet is very essential for maintaining healthy hair. Avoid excessive intake of junk and proprietary foods. Include fruits, raw vegetables and fresh vegetable juices in your diet. Avoid smoking and alcohol. Avoid very oily, spicy and sugary foods. Drinking good amount of water and fluids is a must to help flush out toxins from the body. Drinking lemon water in the mornings can help clear the digestive system and avoid constipation. Avoid crash diets or diets that call for avoiding any particular food groups totally. Sleep well and exercise regularly. Maintain hygiene. You can also get your testosterone and thyroid levels tested.

My wife does not get sleep, it seems during her study she used chat and after coming home also she didn't get sleep. Now she is with me. She does not even eat properly. When I have sex I feel it loose from the beginning. Is this of not sleeping well or any other reasons. please help me thank you.

She has to make a good sleeping pattern to get good sleep. Stop using mobiles and laptop 2 hours before bedtime. If needed a check up is needed.

Dear lybrate-user, regarding your hairfall - start taking black til (seasam) with a glass of lukewarm milk early morning. Avoid pickles, spices, oily, greesy food items, too much of salt in food shud be avoided. Start avle ka murabba daily. Also have a high protien rich diet e. G. Pulses, dry fruits, black gram, ground nut etc, white of egg (if you eat egg). Also oil your hair with good herbal oil and wash with herbal shamppoo - avoid shampoos with high acid contents. As far as ayurveda's therapy is concerned - start with shirodhara with herbal oil and nasyam therapy for atleast 15 days. This will greatly help. Do gentle massage with herbal hair oil daily night for 15 minutes. Although some herbal medicines might also help you but after proper history taking. For that you may consult me privately over lybrate. Please update with your valuable feedback. Regarding your weight gain - lifestyle modification including diet balance with exercise is the only remedy. Try to work out on these lines.. Please update with your valuable feedback.

hello you can reduce weight with following: take healthy balanced diet along with regular exercise include seasonal vegetables and fruits. drink lots of water. take small and frequent meals. avoid sweets, junk food and aerated drinks. avoid arbi, zimikand, mango and cheeku. start your day with 5 almonds soaked overnight with apple and green tea. thank you for detailed diet plan you can consult.

Give him bryonia 30 - thrice daily for next 3-4 days. Also give him to drink plenty of warm fluids. Drinking warm fluids helps to loosen the secretions in your sinuses so that your mucus flows more freely, making you feel better faster. Studies show that drinking warm fluids relieves cold symptoms such as runny nose, cough, sneezing, sore throat, and fatigue.
