Dear Sir, I had a medication today namely diclofenac and I am breastfeeding mother for 17 months baby. Please suggest me is it safe for feeding?

Try taking paracetamol instead of diclofenac. But as such diclofenac does not cause problem during breastfeeding.

None. It's a very obsolete method with high failure rate. As the girl has irregular periods, her ovulation time can't be determined.

You can try now. It's not necessary that every pregnancy of yours will be of low lying placenta although chances are increased as compared to other population.

She should get an USG done to rule out PCOD. And some hormones test in view of irregular periods. Also show her to Local gynae if she has itching along with discharge.
