Hello. Masturbation is a medically healthy and psychologically normal habit. It is considered abnormal only when it inhibits partner-oriented behavior, is done in public, or is sufficiently compulsive to cause distress. It may cause distress if it is done compulsively or interferes with daily life and activities. Masturbation is a good way of relieving the sexual tension that can build up over time, especially for people without partners or whose partners are not willing or available for sex. Masturbation also is a safe sexual alternative for people who wish to avoid pregnancy and the dangers of sexually transmitted diseases. Masturbation does not produce premature ejaculation. Post-masturbation effects: a man whose penis has suffered a blunt trauma, severe bend or other injury during intercourse or masturbation may, rarely, sustain a penile fracture or suffer from peyronie's disease. Phimosis is" a contracted foreskin (that) may cause trouble by hurting when an attempt is made to pull the foreskin back" in these cases, any energetic manipulation of the penis can be problematic. A small percentage of men suffer from postorgasmic illness syndrome (pois), which can cause severe muscle pain throughout the body and other symptoms immediately following ejaculation, whether due to masturbation or partnered sex. The symptoms last for up to a week. Masturbation drains vital nutrients from the body. If body is in the state of good health to recover, supported by healthy food, regular exercise and calm mind, this practice may cause no impact. Continued drain without enough nutrition reach can lead to weakness (trauma), reflected both in mind (lack of self confidence is the most common) and in the body (digestive disorders, hair fall, frequent urination etc). Medication: take staphysagria 200 and alfaalfa tonic - both twice daily for 3 weeks. For cold: hi. Take homoeopathic medicine - schwabe's alpha-nc and alpha-cf - both thrice daily for 4 days. Use bakson's nasal-aid spray/ 1-2 sprays after every 4 hours. Management: - avoid cold drinks and fried food, take healthy food. -avoid exposure to air-conditioner or cold air. -take steam-inhalation once before going to bed. -take enough sleep and rest.

You can take rhus tox - 30 / 5 drops in little water thrice a day for one day only. Then start with bovista - 30 / 5 drops in a little water thrice a day for one week. Revert back after one week with feedback.

I have ulcer. Doctor gvs me some medicines like lesuride. And pantop hp. My actual problem is high anxiety, fear. Some times I cannot go outside, do not concentrate any thing. Gas trouble(high). I have done endoscopy, it shows 2 or more scratches in my abdominal. I cannot sleep well, study well, don' t concentrate any thing, high mental depression. I consult a psychiatrist he gives me lonazep 0. 5 and some medicines. Without lonazep I cannot go outside. Plz help me doctors what is my actual problem? Make sure there is no minor fracture by taking xray or mri, if there only sprain in ankle apply dry ginger powder paste on the ankle and leave for 15 min and wash the area, apply crape bandage till the pain reduces. Do it for 7 days without fail.

I am a chronic patient of migraine with constant headaches throughout the day however this problem has reduced quite much but the sleeping problem has got really worse lately as I am unable to sleep at all and this has resulted in anxiety in which I feel as if I will not be able to sleep again I panic on small issues and get irritated, from November last year I have been eating pills for sleeping and I continued it unknowingly till July on doctors prescription but when I came to know about it I tried to reduce it but I was unable to do so it seems I have become habitual and have continued it since then with breaks in between, yesterday night I took two pills but it did not work. Since this problem has started I have become physically weak and I think that all this has stemmed from the fear of getting sleep that I have even if I sleep for sometime is not sound one and I feel frustrated throughout the day. Please help me out.

Yes, you must schedule your day giving a lot of emphasis to your study routine. You will get lots of time later on in life to do networking and talking on the phone. Do not lose this opportunity by messing up your performance. You are already displaying some loss of self-control and this could work against you in the long run too. Have a good night?s sleep, have a good breakfast of more proteins, meditate often, remain free of stress, eat a lot of fiber (whole grains, fruits and vegetables), nuts, avocado, eat dark chocolate, do Yoga meditation exercises, etc. Recently they have discovered that moderate consumption of red wine and peanuts do help. You need to check out if you are stronger visual or auditory. The visual is a better mode than the auditory. However, if you combine the two modes, you will get the best concentration. Have a special place of learning, which should be well lit, with soft painted walls, well-ventilated, with no distractions. When you get bored, study by writing. If you repeat learning at least five to seven times, you will apparently remember for a longer time. Sit comfortably but do not slouch. The reading material should be of a fairly large print. Study at small intervals of about 40 minutes and then take a break or change the subject. If you plan any studying in the afternoon, do only written work, because your biorhythms dip during this time. For subjects that have lengthy portions you can reduce them by making short notes and studying smaller portions instead. If you still find it difficult to study do group study with seriously interested students. If you need some external pressure, then you can go for tuitions or attend tutorials. Short-term memory is a faculty of the left brain, and long-term memory is a feature of the right brain. When people are stressed, they tend to favor the right brain and abandon the left brain, where short-term memory resides. So, it is really very simple: deal with the stress and activate left brain functions. Here are a few suggestions to activate left brain function: shut your left nostril and breathe, move your eyes from right to left and vice versa for at least half a minute at a time, and do callisthenic exercises with some form of counting, regularly. There are some memory enhancing techniques and study methods that your teacher will be able to guide you with.

1. Use mild shampoo to wash hair (you can make your own shampoo using reetha and shikakai at home). 2. Stop using conditioners. Use natural conditioners like egg, yogurt and lemon. 3. Massage your scalp with a mix of oils like olive, coconut, sesame, castor oil at night. This will nourish and strengthen your hair and prevent them from falling.

1. Take good nourishing diet, plenty of green leafy vegetables, cauli flower, spinach, bean, carrot, mushroom, onion, garlic, fruits like blue berry, banana, pomegranate, dry fruits like walnnut, almonds soybean oil, egg, fish sardines/salmon, darkchocolate, oats, cereals, 2. Drink plenty of water, pomegranate juice, green tea 2-3 cups /day without sugar/ milk (contains anti oxidant like flavonoid and helps in improving sperm quality, but in high doses may affect sperm quality. 3go for regular exercise, reduce your weight if over weight 4. Stop smoking, tobacco and alcohol consumption 5. Avoid stress, anxiety, physical and mental exertion. Take adequate rest 6. Do yoga, meditation and deep breathing exercise to calm your mind, control your emotion and relieve stress 7. Check for blood testosterone and if it is less, you have to take testosterone supplement. 8. Consult sexologist for further advice.

Sir, What medicines are you taking for BP and for anal fissure. Drink plenty of water, fruits and vegetables. Go for brisk walks. Do yoga. How Is appetite, sleep, any preference to hot food or cold food. Any weight changes. All these details are necessary for proper assessment of the problem and for medical advice.

A new Northwestern Medicine study has reported that the timing, intensity and duration of your light exposure during the day are linked to your weight.

People who had most of their daily exposure to even moderately bright light in the morning had a significantly lower body mass index than those who had most of their light exposure later in the day.

"The earlier this light exposure occurred during the day, the lower individuals’ body mass index," said co–lead author Kathryn Reid, research associate professor of neurology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. "The later the hour of moderately bright light exposure, the higher a person’s BMI."

The influence of morning light exposure on body weight was independent of an individual’s physical activity level, caloric intake, sleep timing, age or season. It accounted for about 20 percent of a person’s BMI.

"Light is the most potent agent to synchronize your internal body clock that regulates circadian rhythms, which in turn also regulate energy balance," said study senior author Phyllis C. Zee, M.D. "The message is that you should get more bright light between 8 a.m. and noon." About 20 to 30 minutes of morning light is enough to affect BMI.

It definitely is not normal. There can be hormonal imbalance or pcod or ovarian cyst. You should get an ultrasound done

You need a breast usg done along with the following blood tests: prolactin, t3, t4, tsh. Treatment will then depend on the results. Also I need to know if you are having any medicines at present.
