Flax seeds have been enjoying the attention of dieters all over the world Role In weight loss diet – • Lignans – the lignans and fiber in flax seeds helps in reaching early satiety (the feeling of fullness). People who drink water with their meal face less problems of acidity, constipation or indigestion. • Go low on carbs and increase your protein intake. As mentioned above, have a bowl of yogurt / curd, skimmed milk and paneer (cottage cheese). • Increase your fluid intake. Have a lot of soups, fruit juices (without adding sugar), coconut water, buttermilk, milk, and plain water. Consuming fruits with a lot of water content like water melons are of help too. • Change your cooking methods. Give up on deep frying and use microwave or air fryer, replace frying with grilling and steaming or cook in microwave. These would help in cutting down on a lot of calories. • Understand the reason behind your weight. If your weight is attributed due to hormonal issues, diet alone cannot help you in weight loss. You will need to take medical support as well. If sedentary lifestyle is the reason behind your weight, exercising will be equally important as is dieting.

Take frequent breaks while watching tv and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

Am wearing normal power glasses I mean in right side am having low power. Am wearing glasses for that. Doc advised me to put 1year throughly. Want I want to do. Hello. Let me enumerate the diet necessary for healthy eyes. (1) green leafy vegetables including spinach, sprouts, cabbage, beetroot. (2) fruits-blue-berries, black-berries, strawberries, raspberries, kiwi fruit, grapes, pineapple, pomegranate, grapes, guava. (3) dry-fruits: almonds, walnuts, apricots, dates. (4) cereals: oats, barley, millets. (5) drink a cup of green tea daily. (6) drink a glass of milk daily. Comint o your other question, you should wear glasses regularly if the eye specialist has advised you to to do so. Though, it is not compulsory to keep them on for 24 hours, you should use them while watching television, driving, etc, when at rest, you could remove them. Not using the glasses would tend to spoil the quality of your vision. Subsequently, a change in the refractive power of the eyes would tend to cause further stress on your eyes. Hence, all said and done, wear your glasses judiciously. Eat healthy, avoid addictions and stay in touch with your eye specilist regularly. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care-regards.

I am 25 yrs. Old. My father is 52 yrs. Old and has redness in his right eye from 2 yrs, shown to various doctors locally, given eye drops and capsules, and when the medicines are not given it leads to swelling and pain which often sometimes lead to headache. Right now indocap sr (75 mg), gate p, delco and timol p eye drops are in continuation.

From the medicines mentioned, your father seems to be suffering from a combination of eye conditions in which the eye pressure is increased. So, without the advice of the treating eye surgeon, you should not stop any medicines. The condition may recur if medicines are stopped. These conditions are called chronic, meaning that they need long term maintenance medications, without which there could be serious consequences like permanent loss of vision, and so on.

Redness of the eyes has multiple causes associated with it. To enumerate a few common causes: (1) allergy of the eye. It is usually caused by improper eye hygiene. There is a tendency to rub the eyes with fingers, handkerchief, cloth, etc. This is not a good habit because it tends to transmit lots of virus, bacteria and dust into the eye. Allergy usually presents with symptoms of watering (clear water), redness and itching of the eye. (2) infectious conjunctivitis: this is usually associated with white-yellowish discharge. If so, it would be a good idea to go and show to an eye specialist in person. (3) foreign body lodged in the eye. This is more commonly associated with people who drive 2 wheeler vehicles without protection. It occurs more commonly in one eye. Foreign bodies that commonly get lodged are eyelashes, insect wings, small insects, dust particles, iron particles (more common with people working in the iron industry) the solution for a foreign body lodged in the eye would be better provided by an eye specialist at the clinic. (4) raised intraocular pressure: this is a condition known as glaucoma. It is not so common as the previous mentioned conditions. There is usually associated pain in the eyes. It is commonly bilateral (occurs in both eyes). There is usually a positive family history of glaucoma associated in a majority of the cases. (5) inflammation of the coats of the eyeball. This is known as" uveitis" it is also a relatively less common condition. There is associated pain. It would require a thorough eye checkup including the retina-thus a good idea would be to visit the eye specialist in person. (6) increased blood pressure. This has known to cause redness which is also known as sub-conjunctival hemorrhage. In this regard, a complete ophthalmic evaluation and a systemic evaluation is warranted. From the symptoms described by you, it seems more likely to be a case of allergy. Maintaining the precautions and hygiene that I mentioned should probably work well for you. You could also use a lubricant eye drop along with an anti-histamine eye drop. (3-4 times daily). Also go through the other causes for redness listed previously. If you fall under any of the other categories, be sure to get a thorough evaluation done. Hope my suggestions helped you. Take care.

Get your refraction done and wear spectacles eat green veggies. Carrots.papayas, mangoes yellow fruits nuts butter . Strain less your eyes. Relax your eyes in between work. Blink regularily if working for long time on computer. Lower the brightness of your screen. Work under adequately illuminated conditions. Also try to blink your eyes properly while work. Use good tear substitutes. And anti glare screen for your system. you can go for lasik surgery depending upon the type severity and stability of refractive error, till then you must noit undergo lasik. visit an ophthalmologist and get complete eye examination done for the same

Take homoeopathic medicine stannum metallicum 200 4pills 4 times 4 days n repeat after a week for 4 days again. For constipation the above remedy ll help but still easy method is chew some cumin seeds you ll feel relief. Sleep is a normal process so you aren't supposed tp take medicines. Try to sleep anyway above medicine will take care of your sleep too.

yes if your number is stable you can go for lasik provided prelasik checkup is normal. not sure of lasik center in udaipur though

Your problem of gynaecomastia can be treated with help of plastic surgery and probably that will boost up your self confidence but you should continue psychiatric treatment.
