Hi I want to discuss this issue with real seriousness that my friend Rene has been suffering for quite a long, long time. It's actually very agonizing when you notice you are different from the others and yet you have to deal with it as you have been suggested by your elders that it will be okay when you are 18. But that okay never happened. Being his childhood friend, he shared everything with me and so I came to know that he has been suffering from micropenis syndrome all throughout his life. His hormonal changes were bit late too. His voice started breaking at 15 years while he started growing beard at late 17. Most importantly his penis never grew after 8 years or nine years. Is there any treatment for this type of medical problems. Now he is 19 and doing engineering and I feel it's high time to see a doctor. I would be highly grateful if you could provide with me some informations regarding this because its really a grave situation for me and my friend. Every one at his age is having girlfriends and he is scared of getting into any type of relationships. Sometimes a person need someone more than a friend but he is too scared and embarrassed with his own self. He have been bullied quite a lot in school. Recently it's hitting him really bad. He feels depressed whenever we, our friends start talking about our lives, our future. It's really hard for him to swim through the awkwardness of his own life. Please look into the matter. I would highly appreciate your views.

Dear lybrate user, thank you for the detailed information. I really appreciate the love and care you have for your friend. I think you both are unnecessarily worried. His voice started breaking at 15 and he started growing beard at the age of 17 - then it is perfectly normal. Some people have early physical changes - at the age of 12 -13 some have late at 16 - 17. His growth will depend on his genes. Do not compare him with you or any of your friends. If at all, look into his family history - enquire about his father, uncles, brothers - at what age did they started showing physical signs of sexual maturity and then you will understand that, probably they all have matured at the same age. And now at the age of 19, if his voice and beard is like any other boy, there is nothing to worry about. Now regarding the micropenis syndrome - you both need to understand that men have penis in different sizes (like women have breasts in different sizes) and you need not worry so much about his small size. Penis size increases automatically on sexual arousal. I will strongly recommend you both to see a sexologist. You both need more sex education which will include human anatomy. Please do not feel shy and please consult a renowned sexologist, who will give you more knowledge about your bodies and sex. Worrying about it all the time, will damage your friend's self confidence. You both consult a sexologist so that you both can gain more knowledge and support each other. All the best.

Erectile dysfunction (ED) is commonly called impotence. It’s a condition in which a man can’t achieve or maintain an erection during sexual performance. Symptoms may also include reduced sexual desire or libido Exercise regularly. Really. Make it a priority to get outside or go to the gym and walk, run, swim, bike, or do strength training at least 4 times a week. According to a study conducted by Harvard, walking 30 minutes a day caused a 41% drop in risk for ED. Getting regular exercise aids circulation, getting your blood pumping through your entire body. When it's time to sustain an erection, better circulation is key Keep your weight down. Larger waistlines are associated with higher rates of ED.Putting in the work to slim down can lead to huge improvements in the bedroom. Make sure you're eating a healthy diet loaded with plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Quit smoking. Smoking can make ED worse, since it interferes with your circulatory system and is linked to diseases that cause ED. If you're having trouble sustaining an erection, now might be the time to give up the cigarettes for good. Avoid alcohol. Alcohol is another substance that has a huge impact on erections. After a few drinks, many men of all ages find it much more difficult to stay hard. Exercise your pelvic floor. The pelvic floor helps the penis stay hard during erections by pressing on a vein that keeps blood from leaving until the erection is over. Men who exercise their pelvic floor have better results than those who rely solely on lifestyle changes to correct erectile dysfunction Remove stressors from your life. Anxiety is one of the biggest culprits when it comes to ED. If you can find a way to destress, you'll be more likely to maintain erections. Think about the biggest sources of stress in your life right now. What can you do to give yourself a break? Practice mindfulness. Do you find yourself getting distracted by worries instead of living in the moment during sex? Mindfulness is the act of being completely in the present, both physically and mentally. Clear your mind and focus on the sensations your body is feeling during sex Communicate with your partner. Do you feel comfortable and accepted when it comes to your sexual performance? If you're worried about meeting your partner's too-high expectations or living up to some kind of standard, it will be harder to maintain an erection - it's called performance anxiety. If you think your partner's judgement might be hindering your ability to have satisfying sex, you need to communicate your needs and find ways to make your sexual environment more inviting. Learn more about sex. If you have deep-rooted anxieties or guilt related to sex, these negative emotions might be causing your ED. Learning more about sex can be a good way to feel more comfortable with your body and better understand your needs in bed. Read up on sex techniques or take a sex positive workshop as a way to open your mind to new possibilities and increase your comfort level. FOR MEDICATION CONSULT ONLINE IN PRIVATE

Hello- Renal calculi and seminal cyst are due to your weak digestion. Improper digestion leads to the production of intermediate toxic materials in the blood which causes such disorders especially related to body metabolism.

Dear lybrate user. Phimosis is a congenital narrowing of the opening of the foreskin so that it cannot be retracted. Phimosis is a very common problem. In most of the cases you can clear the problem yourself. Phimosis could cause moderate to severe pain while having vaginal intercourse. Apply oil on your foreskin and on the glans. Move the foreskin forward and back slowly without hurting you much. Because the oil is lubricant, it will be easier than without oil. Do this forward and back movement 20 times several times in a day. Repeat the same every day for around one month. You will get the elasticity and you will be able to retract the foreskin completely. In case if there is no result from the above massage, you can always go for a minor surgical procedure called circumcision. Take care.
