condom is better option. if you want to do sex on first night without condom there may be chances of getting pregnant. to avoid that pregnancy and have sex without condom there is only one way left and that is to start oral contraceptive pills one month before marriage. then only you will be safe to do sex without condom

Hi my son got operated in march 2012 but after brain surgery he is unable to recover neither can talk nor can eat but totally bed ridden. He is taking medicine like encorate. level. Lanzol. Zincovit. please suggest what should we do to make him well.

DM - Neurology, Fellowship in Stroke Neurology, MD - General Medicine, MBBS Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery
Neurologist, Kolkata
Dear friend, It is really very painful to hear that! In fact brain surgery is done for multiple reasons. Sometimes it may be done even as a life saving measure. I don’t know why it was done in case of your son. This is important as the outcome depends on it upto a considerable extent. For example a lesion at left half of brain involving the speech area may affect his speech. It seems that he might have multiple seizures which was difficult to control requiring multiple anti epileptic drugs. I would like to suggest you to consult your doctor who need arrange an extensive rehabilitation plan including Physiotherapy, Speech therapy and Occupational Therapy. There should be arrangements of other supportive measures for example bed sore care etc. Besides consulting your surgeon to know his next plan. Wish him all the best and a speedy recovery.

Skin Diseases & Homeopathy

A number of factors, both internal as well as external, contribute to skin ailments.

The dermatological problems, if not treated timely, can leave a person physically, mentally and emotionally drained out. In such cases, a person's self confidence is the worst affected.

A lot of conventional and Allopathic options are available to treat skin diseases. Ointments, antihistamine tablets and antibacterial medications, though effective, often provide temporary relief. In many cases, it has been observed that in due course of time, the problems tend to relapse.

Homeopathy adopts a holistic approach in treating a disease. It lays great emphasis towards identifying and treating the underlying cause.

Homeopathic treatment can be a little time consuming, but the time is worth waiting for. Over the past few decades, homeopathy has been the most sought after and reliable medication to deal with dermatological problems.

Some of the homeopathic medications that have effectively dealt with skin diseases include:

  1. Arsenicum: If psoriasis and chronic urticaria are giving you sleepless nights, Arsenicum is what you need. Arsenicum is equally effective against chronic eczema.
  2. Sepia: Herpes can make life miserable. Sepia is a powerful medication that gives one a lot to cheer about. People with psoriasis and dry skin can greatly benefit from Sepia.
  3. Natrum Muriaticum and Rhus Toxicodendron: Both the medications, Rhus Toxicodendron in particular, are very effective against eczema. Natrum Muriaticum has been found to soothe a person suffering from mental depression greatly.
  4. Thuja Occidentalis: Acne problems, warts, freckles, dry and itchy skin, ulcers (anogenital region) can throw life in jeopardy. Embrace the goodness of Thuja Occidentalis and the mentioned skin problems will be a thing of the past.
  5. Cantharis: It provides great relief from blisters, skin eruptions and burns (second and third degree). To enjoy the everlasting benefits, one needs to be a little patient with the treatment.

Hello dear Lybrate user, hi Warm welcome to Lybrate.com I have evaluated your query thoroughly. Here are some best working tips for your query. Do not opt for fake advertisements claiming capsules and tablets for penile strength, prolonging sex & making patients fool. Certain molecules which are having results are also not without side effects some of which are very serious as chest pain, heart rate disturbances or else ; so without consultation of urologist, not advisable to consume. Provide enough time in foreplay, after play. Consume plenty of liquids. Balanced nutritious diet intake with enough iron, vitamins, minerals, proteins.Regular walking in fresh air, exercises, relaxation techniques, YOGA help great in creating self confidence. Avoid stress, anxiety.Manage to have regular sound sleep of 8 hours. Cut off use of mobile, internet in bedroom. Discuss with the partner regarding her likes and dislikes with love. Keep your blood sugar, cholesterol levels, body weight under control. Avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming. Consider sex as an art rather than just act of finishing ejaculation. Plan sudden surprises as uninformed leave from job coming home, candle light dinner, surprise gift, outing, variations in sex acts which matters a lot. Consult later your urologist as per the requirement. Hope this clears your query. Wishing you best sex life ahead. Welcome for any further assistance at my private URL https://www.Lybrate.com/gandhinagar/doctor/dr-bhagyesh-patel-general-surgeon Regards take care.
