Laser tranent will help you get rid of the marks on your back. To avoid, use anti dandruff shampoo on the back. It is difficult to take care of the back and remove the scars. You can apply lumacip plus on the spots daily.

It is not true today that all the protein intake is used up by hair and the body id not given protein and the entire intake will be used by the whole body

Hi lybrate-user. According to your symptoms I can say that you have gastritis. It occurs due to many reasons including over eating, eating junk food, oily food, spicy food and bacterial infection. If its bacterial infection then you have to start antibiotics. I would like you to discuss more about your symtoms to help you out. Thank you.

Please try to do aerobic gym, walking,avoid fast food, sarvangasana yoga v ibaritha garani yoga, and pranayama. Regulary.avoid eating too much meats and cigarettes (if you fume). Please contact if you wish after one month.

It's that time of the year where extra calories lurk every corner. Christmas cakes, cookies and then New Year's party. These should not be taken as liberty to gain an extra pound or two during holidays because according to researchers at national institute of health, it is very difficult to lose weight gained in winters. However it is still possible to enjoy your holiday goodies without gaining extra pounds. Some of the tips are as follows:
1. Control your portion sizes. Take a small portion of all the things you like and spread these out amongst meals and/or days.
2. Never arrive hungry at a party. Try to have a nutritious snack (like roasted chana, fruits, handful of dry fruits, milk) beforehand. If you arrive hungry, drink some water to fill up before filling your plate.
3. Divert your attention. Don't look at party as just a food event. Enjoy your friends' company or dancing or focus on something other than food.
4. Pace yourself. Do not try to finish your food in first half hour of party, it makes you chew faster. Munch leisurely put your fork down after every bite.
5. Drinking alcohol packs a triple punch when it comes to interfering with weight loss. Besides having empty calories, some research has shown that alcohol stimulates appetite and lowers inhibition so you’re more likely to eat fried, fatty, salty foods. Try to avoid alcohol at parties if you can, or, if you know you are going to have a drink or two, not to do it on an empty stomach. Skipping meals throughout the day to save yourself calories for drinking usually backfires and leads to overeating, so pre-plan the number of drinks you’ll have and deduct those calories from your daily total.
6. Don't wait until after the holidays to start exercising. Everyone can find 30 minutes to sneak in a workout.

If you know your diet is low you have to improve on that unless you eat properly how will you become healthy and efficient there is no substitute to food medicines can't do what food has to do for your body also schedule your days time wise and follow it properly include some exercises also in your daily routine to keep you fit.

It's not toyfoid it's thyroid. Test thyroid than report to me. Change food habites. If you don't have thyroid. Avoid too oily end ghee prepretions, rich proteins, nonveg, eggs, over eating, fruites juices, cold drinks. Take simpal veg food home made with salad, green vegitsbales. Do arobic excersices, yoga, fast walking. Will help.

irst of all you should follow some basic thing 1.avoid=hot and cold at time 2.less the sugar as much as possible if you want to eat sweet take juggery which is black 3.dont drink water after meal drink at the time of meal sip by sip up to 150 ml 4.avoid late night sleep 5.yogaraj guggul 1 tab before lunch and dinner 2.dashmularishta 2 tsp before lunch and dinner
