I have done all the checkups and every thing is normal but I usually feel weak and sleepy the whole day long, even after having a proper sleep and diet. I suffer from chronic headaches very often and every other week I suffer from cold and cough also. Can you please suggest what all should I do to get over all this? Plus 1 kiwi fruit. 4 poached eggs on toast, one banana, 1 cup of orange juice and a yogurt. 2 eggs poached wholemeal toast 2 slices of wholemeal toast, a glass of orange juice and a banana 1 bowl of cereal with a glass of orange juice and one large banana, 2 whole meal slices of toast 1 bowl of cereal with a glass of orange juice and a large banana, 2 slices of wholemeal bread snack protein bar pasta pot packet of mixed nuts pasta pot protein bar protein bar protein bar lunch 3 spring onions, 5 cherry tomatoes and 1 green pepper. Read more. Conclusion foods such as bread and pasta are heavily involved with the diet plan due to the fact they have a high source of carbohydrates in them. Foods which are to be avoided diet are sweets and chocolate as they don't have any advantages. I have chosen to have a lot of protein based foods on tuesday and saturday because these are main training day therefore a high amount of protein is needed to help increase muscle size. Week 2 this diet is a lot more protein based then the first week this is because a competition is coming up meaning more carbohydrates and protein will be needed for training, by adding protein shakes and bars makes it easy and effective to boost protein levels. Also i've included a portion of meat each day to help maintain the protein needs. I have included more variety in week 2 as week one was a lot of the same types of food.

Egg is very good source of protein specially egg white. It gives you proteins which is necessary for body building and muscle growth. But amount of protein is different for person to person. One egg contain approximately 7 gm of protein, but no of egg depend on your other dietary habits and many other factor. But you can consume 3 eggs/day. Try to avoid yellow part.

Dear to decrease your weight you have to do work out daily. Try the remedies below they can help u. 1. Mix three teaspoons of lemon juice, one teaspoon of honey, and one-half teaspoon of black pepper powder in one glass of water. 2. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. 3. Do this daily for at least three months. 4. Drink mint tea or make a paste of green mint with some simple spices and eat during meals. 5. Eat vegetables such as bitter gourd and drumsticks to control obesity. 6. Do bhujang asana, dhanurasana, naukasana, kumbhakasana, pavanamukthasana daily 10 min per asana. 7. Do running early morning daily and join aerobics in evening. 8. Avoid oily and spicy food. And constipation.
