My TSH range is 5.58 so what should I do I have thyroid or not should I need to take some medicine please advice.

My TSH range is 5.58 so what should I do I have thyroid or not should I need to take some medicine please advice.
Lybrate-user ji, Thanks for the query. TSH 5.58 mU/L is marginally high, but does not say that you have hypothyroidism. Usually TSH between 6 to 9.9 mU/l is considered as sub-clinical hypothyroidism. No treatment is advocated at that condition. However, if a person has troublesome symptoms present then treatment is given. Your level is still lower. There is no reason to worry. But better to check TSH once a year. Plus avoid soy beans and soy containing products. You may also get an Anti TPO antibody test done. Thanks.

These are the methods to treat pimples - •Steam your face to open the pores ,which in turn clear the skin .steam your face for a couple of minutes. • Do YOGASANA daily. Especially do SINHASANA & SARVANGASANA daily. • Use oil free face wash and drink 7 -8 glass of water daily . • Do not touch your face again & again because your finger transfer bacteria to it and make it worse. If you touch it then clean your face with water. • Mix black pepper powder in some water to make paste & apply on the pimples three times a week. • Take cucumber and papaya pulp .Mix it well and add 1 tablespoon Turmeric. Make a paste and apply it on face and leave it for 15 minutes. • Take 2 teaspoon of RAKTSHODHAK syrup of BAIDYANATH company once a day after meals You can also avail my glow skin package for treatment. Be healthy.

Hello- Sex is a basic need for a human body just like hunger, sleep etc. If your unwillingness is due to any fear or any false believes regarding sex, you need to get aware regarding that. If not and do not feel like doing sex from inside, you must have to seek a professional (psychiatrist) help. Or else it will surely ruin your relation.

Hy. I am a 18 year odl boy My hair is rough and a little bit curly. How to get long and straight and sliky hair.
Hello, Try this home remedy to get straight hair:-- Hot Oil Treatments Hello, use this home method to get soft and straight hair.Regular hot oil treatments is one the best and easiest ways to keep your hair smooth and well hydrated. The heat and saturation from the warm oil will relax the light wavy and curly pattern of your hair. For hot oil treatment, the best options are coconut, olive, almond or sesame oil. Slightly heat the oil you wish to use in a microwave for about 20 seconds. Apply the warm oil to your hair and massage your scalp for 15 to 20 minutes. Comb your hair thoroughly to evenly distribute the oil. It will also avoid breakage while washing your hair. Cover your hair with a hot wet towel for 30 to 40 minutes. Wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Im going gym regularly. Yes of course I could see some gains. But at another point I use to masturbate daily. Do that affect my gains? Can I masturbate every day? And I also have to know that if masturbation has anything to do with rise and fall of testosterone levels.

No mastruabtion is a safe act and will not affect you in any way. People wrongly believe that masturbation is a bad habit, or sin and it causes loss of energy and many side effects can occur. All these are myths and it is a safe act to give vent to sexual drive in men who cannot do sex. People fear if they have adverse effect on marriage or that their energy is wasted and such many funny misbeliefs are going around and all are not true. One can do as many times as he feels and health or energy is not affected or there will be no effect on marriage. There is no need to worry or try to stop the habit and you can do as many times as you feel and is confortable to do Masturbation is a healthy sexual activity that has many benefits for your physical and mental health. There are limited studies on the benefits of masturbation, but studies on sexual intercourse and anecdotal reports suggest that sexual stimulation, including stimulation through masturbation, may help you: •relieve built-up stress •sleep better •boost your mood •relax •feel pleasure •relieve cramps •release sexual tension.

Flatulence - Reasons Why It Happens!

Flatulence - Reasons Why It Happens!

The build-up of gases in the stomach can be uncomfortable and very embarrassing when it leads to flatulence. Flatulence can be defined as the release of intestinal gas from the anus. This may or may not be accompanied by sound and odour. Both men and women can be affected by flatulence at any age.

Some of the causes of flatulence include:
Swallowing excessive amounts of air while eating
Indigestion
• Lactose intolerance

Food that is difficult to digest often triggers the formation of gas such as hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane and sulphur in the digestive system as a result of the microbial breakdown of this food. Sulphur is largely responsible for the odor that accompanies the release of these gases. Beans, chickpeas, cauliflower and cabbage are some such foods that can trigger flatulence. Flatulence on its own is not a serious condition and usually resolves itself without medication. However, if it triggers severe abdominal cramps, diarrhea, persistent constipation, blood in the stools, nausea and pain in the right side of the abdomen, medical care should be immediately sought.

If flatulence is a problem you suffer from often, take a look at your diet and modify your eating habits. Keep a food diary to determine what food triggers this condition and avoid it. If you are lactose intolerant switch your dairy products for soya substitutes and avoid dairy. Anti-gas compounds that are available over the counter can also provide relief. Chew your food slowly, thoroughly and ensure that your mouth is closed while chewing to prevent swallowing air. For this reason, also avoid chewing gums and fizzy drinks. If you must eat beans, soak them overnight before cooking.

Flatulence can be easily treated with home remedies. Following home remedies can be used
1. Ginger: Ginger aids the digestion process, eases bloating and reduces gas. It also helps stool pass smoothly and helps keep the intestines clear. This does not give stomach gases a chance to build up. Ginger can be consumed in the form of capsules or a tea made by steeping ginger in hot water for a few minutes.
2. Papaya: Along with being rich in antioxidants and flavonoids, papaya contains an enzyme known as papain that helps digest proteins and reduce gas. To benefit from papain, you could eat the papaya fruit or drink a tea made with papaya leaves. Papaya enzymes are also available as supplements.
