My age is 23. I am suffering from sexual weakness. It all started at the age of 11 through night falls and after 6 years I started masturbation (but I stopped this practice). Now I feel too much weakness in my body, eyes became pale yellow, wrist is too weak and several other aches in my body. Coming to the condition of pennis, it appears to be small in size, hanging testicles, small size of testis. On the other hand I am preparing for govt. Exams and wanna know that is sexual weakness going to fail me in the medical examination? What if I take treatment to cure sexual weakness? Is it gonna help me to go through medical examination to get govt. Job? I spend too much in seeking help from here and there but didn't get any satisfied answer. Please help me otherwise my life gonna end up with suicide.

I am suffering from loose motion in morning twice also have gas problem since 4 months all reports are normal endoscopy and coloscopy normal spleen enlarged 150 mm. Kindly suggest for the same .I sit almost 8 to 10 hrs daily for my job.

Take lycopodium 200, and asafoetida 30, 4-4 pills thrice a day for gases and report thereafter for further treatment. Besides this, avoid spicy and fatty oily food, take salads and sprouts, don't be empty stomach, be hydrated, do walk for minimum of 30 minutes. Do revert back for further treatment, since the cause for spleenomegaly needs to be found out.

Hello, You may be having Headache because of stress/ refractory problems/ any ENT problem kindly follow advises given below you can take: 1. Tablet Crocin (Paracetamol 500 mg) one tablet after food when required for headache after food for 2-3 days (maximum 2 tablets with gap of 12 hour can be taken in a day) 2. Adequate sleep 6-8 hr in a day 3. Get check eyes for refractive error again to see if no. is changed 4. We need to go for ENT evaluation to rule out sinusitis 5. Get BP checked 6. Regular physical exercise and meditation and yoga complete history of your headache for further management like duration, severity, aggravating factors/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis/relieving/ triggering/ associated factor to reach diagnosis

Take Tablet Vajitone two tablets two times a day with milk take cap Stimulex two capsule two times a day with milk empty stomach. Take Ashawagandha leham 10gm two times a day with milk. avoid day time sleep. avoid tea coffee in late evening and after.8 hours sleep is ok.10 pm to 6 am is good timing. avoid stress.

Drink water regularly, avoid bakery foods, fast foods, junk foods, oily and spicy foods. Taking tender coconut water daily will reduce burning sensation. Tab sheetaprabha vati 2-2-2 for 5 days. Chandanasava 20 ml-20 ml-20 ml for 5 days with equal warm water.

My son is of age 16 suffer from perennial allergic rhinitis for last 12 years he has sneezing and nasal discharge after waking up he also suffer seasonal asthma in month of may we give either levocetrizine sos or flomist spray regularly for some days then discontinue for rhinitis and aerocort rotacaps sos for 10 days when he suffer from asthma once a year problem of rhinitis is all year all days I want to ask which antihistamine is safest lcz or else and is immunotherapy desired his allergy level ige is 286ku/l.

Dear........ Now seasons of viral infections- cough and cold,fever. pl. Go for Tests..mp,cbc.urine r/m,ns1,blood c/s. X-ray chest. Never take asprin medicines. feel cold then cover body with warm cloths, avoid dust area, clean body, change cloths daily, change bed sheet daily, avoid stress.avoid non-veg.,avoid alcohol intake if smokes avoid also that. Cold sponging if get high fever. drink warm water, juice,green veg. Soups,lquid diets, dalia, take protein diets, tulsi leaf in tea or warm water, geloy juice, avoid cold area,cold things .i.e. ice creams, fast/junk foods, chinese foods,spicy foods, fat meal, take bed rest , use nasal spray flomist . give him immunotherapy vaccine.

Have sleeping issues. Unable to sleep during night thus affecting my day to day work. After having alcohol (beer) still don't tend to sleep fast enough. Would there be any pills or medication to support this. Just FYI: I drink beer quite frequently.

simple ways for a restful sleep 1. Cut down on caffeine: Caffeine drinkers may find it harder to fall asleep. Even a single cup of coffee in the morning may lead to a sleepless night. Caffeine blocks the effects of adenosine, a neurotransmitter thought to promote sleep. Caffeine can also interrupt sleep by increasing the need to urinate during the night. Because caffeine withdrawal can cause headaches, irritability, and extreme fatigue, it may be easier to cut back gradually rather than to go cold turkey. Those who can’t or don’t want to give up caffeine should avoid it after 2 p.m., or noon if they are especially caffeine–sensitive. 2. Stop smoking or chewing tobacco: Nicotine is a central nervous system stimulant that can cause insomnia. If you continue to use tobacco, avoid smoking or chewing it for at least one to two hours before bedtime. 3. Limit alcohol intake: Alcohol depresses the nervous system, so a nightcap may seem to help some people fall asleep. Alcohol suppresses REM sleep, and the soporific effects disappear after a few hours. Alcohol also worsens snoring and other sleep breathing problems. 4. Worry and stress causes sleeplessness. Find out what hurts you and resolve the issue.
