The best remedy I can recommend you is as follows take one table spoon of untamed rose hips, add a pair of glasses of boiling water, boil it for ten minutes and let it sit for 2-3 hours. Take 1/4 - 1/2 of the extract 3-4 times each day with honey. Mix one a part of fresh raw juice with one part of honey. Take 1/4 glass of the combination three times on a daily basis. My wife is 42 years old. She has a mechanical MVR surgery done in 2006. 13 days ago she had a Left MCA Brain stroke. ICA, MCA block. Now she is completely fine. She is taking warf still her previous surgery. What PT INR range should we kept? We confused. Thanks.

DNB Cardiology, MD - General Medicine, MBBS
Cardiologist, Mumbai
Hello, for mechanical mitral valve replacement the recommended inr is 3. Adding low dose aspirin 75 mg or so to warfarin is another way forward, however there is a slight chance of increased bleeding, though all studies have found benefit more than the risk, particularly for your wife as she is young. I have been suffering from chronic migraine for past many years, is it possible to get rid of it?

MBBS, MD Psychiatry, DNB Psychiatry
Psychiatrist, Nagpur
Migraine is a kind of relapsing headache. Its symptoms include - episodic unilateral or bilateral, severe and pulsating headaches, associated at times with nausea and vomiting, relieved momentarily on rest or taking medications and aggravated by precipitating factors. The treatment of migraine is mainly done for relief from acute headache attacks and later treatments to prevent future relapses. Also treatment of factors which tend to cause relapses is also important. Consult a headache specialist for treatmnet.

I have problem that I will get sleep fall and bad habits that I do daily sex so please give solve and please help me.
Dear Lybrate user. I can understand. A Night fall / nocturnal emission / wet dream or involuntary leakage is an involuntary ejaculation of semen that occurs during sleep or along with urine while urination. Studies show that approximately 83% of men experience a nocturnal emission or leakage at some point in their lives. There is nothing wrong with a person if he or she experiences a nocturnal orgasm or nocturnal emission or leakage, as they are normal and healthy experiences. If you have experienced a wet dream, you should not feel ashamed. There is no way to prevent nocturnal orgasms or emissions from happening. Sage tea is the best home remedy which is used to treat conditions such as nightfall. If you drink at least two cups in a day, the chances of getting wet dreams will reduce too. Take fenugreek with honey on a regular basis. Exercise regularly and practice yoga and meditation to keep calm and relaxed. I suggest online sex counseling. Take care.
