Hi, Take cap.M-Ceaz 1 cap 3 times a day till the bleeding stops and Ashokarista syrup 2-3 tsf twice daily mixed with equal quantity of water. Please do not exercise now; take complete rest. Avoid hot and spicy food.

Although diet soft drinks can be a good low-sugar alternative to regular soft drink , the amount you consume could be hurting you just as much as drinking full-sugar soda.

5.When making this decision, make sure to pick the method that fits best with your personality.

6.Replace diet soda with a different beverage.Try switching to water. If plain water just doesn't work for you, try using flavored water packets or squeeze some lemon in your drink.

If you’re craving the bubbly feeling of soda, try substituting your diet drink with mineral water, which can give you the feeling that you’re drinking something more.

If you’re drinking diet soda for the caffeine, you may have to prepare yourself for the headaches that will follow when you stop drinking soda.

7.Taking aspirin or ibuprofen will help to calm those headaches, and going to bed early can also help.

milk it self is best galactogouge. cumine with daal satavary powder n high protein diet she should take avoid spicy oily n steal food n malnutrient food n junk food..... excessive tea n coffee r also prohibited.

I had sex on 11 today of my cycle. Took ipill within 35 hrs. He did not ejaculate inside me. LMP-11TH MAY I had bleeding for 2 days on 1st of june. I did upt twice it was negative? My periods have still not resumed.

since you have taken i pill and most of the time there is generally hormonal imbalance so please do not worry. you have already done it twice so wait till your periods cyclic rhythm is established.

For making regular your period these are some instructions given below: • Take proper diet full of nutrition. Eat green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits and a glass of milk daily. Eat a fruit daily. • Do Not take stress because stress causes imbalance in hormones of female and make your menstrual cycle disturb and make your ovulation disturb. Do some meditation for maintain hormonal balance. • Do jogging and running exercise daily. If you are obese lose some weight this is also a cause of irregular periods. • Do skipping regularly for 2 to 3 minutes daily. • you can take these medicines for regular periods. Syrup Dashmolarishtha or, syrup EVECARE of himalya. 2 tsf daily once in a day after meal but only under the guidance of ayurvedic doctor..• Practice Yogasana like Chakrasana & Pawanmuktasana daily under the guidance of yoga expert. • Check out Thyroid hormone level & if your T3, T4, TSH hormone are abnormal then get treatment of it to make your periods regular.

Proper diet and nutrition is very important specially when you are working out. Without proper diet you will not gain muscles and all your exercise will ends in cramps and lean body.

I am giving you a schedule which if followed can be very benificial for new gym goers.whcih are as follows:

Breakfast

7:30 a.m.

1 cup plain cooked oatmeal, 4 large whole eggs, large sliced banana, 1-3 g of HMB (Beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate -- is a naturally produced substance in humans that is used as dietary supplement and as an ingredient in some medical food products)

Mid morning Snack

10:00 a.m.

3-4 slices turkey breast, 2-3 slices whole bread, mustard, lettuce, 2 low fat cheese, A fruit

Lunch

1:00 p.m.

2 cups pasta, 1 cup broccoli, 6 oz. lean ground beef

Midday Snack

3:00 p.m.

2 slices whole wheat bread, ½ avocado, ½ can albacore tuna

Pre- workout

5:00 p.m.

2 slices whole wheat bread, 20 g protein shake (whey or whey/casein) with 3-5 g creatine,  1-3 g HMB, 3-5 g creatine

Post- workout

5:30 p.m.

20-40 g of protein shake(whey or whey/casein) with 3-5 g of creatine, 32 oz. sports drink, 1-3 g HMB, 3-5 g creatine

Dinner

7:30 p.m.

8 oz. chicken breast, 1 cup broccoli, baked sweet potato(large)

Bedtime

10:30 p.m.

1 cup low fat cottage cheese, 2-3 tbsp. peanut butter, 1-3 g HMB

Also note the following -- In case you are not gymming, cut out the calories mentioned here as you probably will never burn them off.

  • Drink a full glass each of water after waking up in the morning, about 15 minutes before each meal, and before and after workouts. DO NOT drink water DURING meals. Try to drink more than 1.5 litres of water every day.
  • Break up your meals into five or more mini meals. For those wanting to shed some pounds, limit each meal to 300 calories for women and 400 calories for men. Breakfast within 30 min after waking up. Plan your meals in such a way that your routine life is not compromised, you stay fresh and energetic throughout the day and you don’t rush for fast food.
  • The key is to increase the intake of protein and complex carbohydrates without increasing fat. Forget the pastries, cakes, burgers, pizza and fries. For an intense workout with weights, try a high protein diet. Whey powder, meat, chicken, eggs, skimmed toned milk, cheese, yogurt, soy milk are rich in protein. These help build muscle mass. Starch rich foods like bread, rice, chapattis, parathas etc. are best before exercise. Post workout, it is best to stick to fruit juices, smoothies and other simple sugar containing food like fruits, bananas etc. All carbohydrates are converted to glucose in the body before any energy can be derived from them. Save your body some effort by eliminating this tiresome process after a grueling gym routine.
  • Write down in your diary any new tips you learnt, any new exercises that you tried and whatever resolutions you want to make for your fitness routine. Track what you eat and the amount of calories it is likely to contain. Put it on paper. This will help you to burn off what you took in.

Hallo Doctor I was advised to Take clomifene citrate Ferri 50mg Tablet since I had pco and a miscarriage. I just took it 1 month and last month my period was Naturally in 14. This month Its already 5 days Delay. May I know the possible reasons. Will period occur für Sure After this medicine.

If you were prescribed clomiphane, it was for ovulation and subsiquent conception. After taking the medicine if you have missed your period go for a pregnancy test from urine before taking any medicine.

Folic acid tab once a day is good enough to conceive faster yiu should have intercourse every alternate day from 10 th day of your periods to atleast 20th day that is the time when chances of conception are better.

I suffering from thyroid , hair fall, cinus (cold) also. My periods were not coming properly . It comes after 2,3,4 month . My weit is 50 kg and ht is 5'1. My diet is not constant and my mood also . These all dieses will be the reason for this .I also take treatment for all these dieses . My gyne said you will take meparate then your dates will be continously on the time .But 2-3 month it has come continue . How to rmove my all problems please do help

Hi, all your symptoms especially you menstrual symptoms and your mood swings can be explained by your thyroid disease. You will have to post your report before we can comment. About the meparate, I feel if you control the thyroid disease your menstruation should come back to normal in a few months.

Dear user. I can understand. Please understand, humans cannot make twins even if they try their level best. there are no medicines fr that nor there are sexual positions or techniques that result in twin. So therefore do not waste time, energy and money by going behind such an idea. Go ahead with normal sex and if god wants you to have twin, you will have twin. Take care.

Pain in breast when you are nearing your menstruation is normal due to hormonal changes and swelling, it reverts on its own and you can take analgesics and slightly restrict salt intake. Probably that also relates to your pubic pain. You can take some analgesics for the same.

It is normal to have mild abdominal pain during first 2 days of menstruation. Do hot fomentation. Regular exercises. Circular massages might help too. Coffee could help in relieving mild pain. Take adequate rest. Take over-the-counter painkiller if intolerable pain. Hope this helps you.

Abdominoplasty - An Overview

Tummy tuck or abdominoplasty is a frequently performed cosmetic procedure which is meant to improve the looks or appearance of your abdominal region. The primary goal of this procedure is to remove excess skin or fat from the abdominal region and then reconnect the tissues with sutures to get a more toned and flat look.

The requirement for abdominoplasty: 

The tummy tuck surgery is for someone who has folds of fat or skin on their abdominal region that results in an unsightly appearance and causes body image issues. These problems may be caused by multiple factors, some of which are mentioned below:

  1. Significant weight loss: Men or women who have lost a lot of weight tend to have excess loose skin on their bodies as a result of the skin being stretched over a long period of time.
  2. Pregnancy: Many women who have gone through multiple pregnancies also have similar problems as the skin in their abdominal region tends to stretch over multiple times which may result in the skin becoming flabby.
  3. You have a weak lower abdominal wall: Some patients tend to generally have a weak lower abdominal wall which over the years tends to protrude and hang. This results in a misshapen body which they want to correct for body image issues. 
  4. To correct scarring from C section: Many women who give birth via C-section tend to have a scar on their body and some abdominal contouring can change the shape and size of the scar, which in turn not only tightens the tummy but also hides the scars.

Considerations before abdominoplasty:

Abdominoplasty isn't recommended if you fall under any of the following categories:

  1. Still have to lose weight: If you have to lose a lot of weight, then it is advised that you wait till your goal weight is reached and only then consider this procedure. Abdominoplasty isn't meant to reduce weight, but to take out excess skin and flab that remains after weight loss
  2. Plan on becoming pregnant again: If you are planning to become pregnant again, then the muscles and tissues in your abdomen might loosen and cause a flabby belly again.
  3. If you have heart disease or other conditions: If you have heart related conditions or are diabetic, then abdominoplasty won't be considered as it might put you at high risk of complications after surgery.
